heraldry_lord
Since I didn't see anyone else mention it, Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca. He was reducing your opponent's Life Points to 1 before it was cool. Too bad he was nerfed so severely. This isn't a single card, but the interaction between two cards: Cursed Prison + Anime!Hundred-Eyes Dragon. If Cursed Prison gets popped with this setup, you get to search literally anything. EPTinYugi
Since I didn't see anyone else mention it, Earthbound Immortal Wiraqocha Rasca. He was reducing your opponent's Life Points to 1 before it was cool. Too bad he was nerfed so severely. Most of the Earthbound Immortals were kind of broken but not as broken as the Timelords and maybe the cards used by Eliphas; I mean look at this card: Must be Special Summoned by the effect of a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. This card gains 100 ATK for each Xyz Material attached to it. When this card is Special Summoned: Attach a number of cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to this card as Xyz Materials, equal to the difference in Ranks between this card and 1 face-up Xyz Monster your opponent controls. When an Xyz Monster is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field: Attach a number of cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to this card as Xyz Materials, equal to the difference in Ranks between this card and that monster. I thought this was only possible in fanfic; it brakes all kind of rules! It's not that broken.
Toffee.
Anime Earthbounds were only viewed as being overpowered because Speed World couldn't be removed from the field, and nobody ever really used effect-destruction cards outside of plot devices.Anime Timelords were ridiculous, but situational at the same time due to their dependance on those various Infinite Machine(w/e) cards. Aerion Brightflame
The Time Lords in the anime, because well.. it's hilarious. Big Shout out to Number 88, for being the easiest win condition in the entire game. Or actually a new nomination, Neo Galaxy-Eyes Tachyon Dragon, because turning back time is really really borked. 玄魔の王
But doesn't that require a DARK Fiend-Type monster with 500 or less ATK to be destroyed by battle? Phantom Skyblaster can potentially turn it into a one-turn deckout.
goddamnit names are a pain
Right, forgot how much they changed its condition for the game. Not really broken. Anyway, it is sheer awesome. How could I forget? Not too broken considering you have too attack, anyway. Nothing stops the monster from getting destroyed. I have actually gotten it to work in TF6. But to do so, you pretty much stall out and don't attack on turns you could've. And, like in the anime, summoning Quasar helps. Still, in the time it takes to use with stalling, you could have won 5 times over. Trust me, I know.Technically, anything that wins the game is the most broken. Also, Infinite Attack monsters that can't be stopped, but I mentioned that already, so.... And yes, the Timelords were ridiculous. But then again, Yusei pwned. -kyo-
THE GOLDEN CASTLE OF STROMBERG - During each of your Standby Phases, send half the cards in your Deck to the Graveyard. If you cannot, destroy this card. - Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, Special Summon 1 random Level 4 or lower monster from your Deck in face-up Attack Position. - You cannot Normal Summon monsters. - All monsters Special Summoned by this card's effect and all monsters your opponent controls must attack, if able. - When an opponent's monster declares an attack, destroy that monster, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of that monster's ATK. - This card cannot be destroyed by the effects of other Spells, Traps, or Effect Monsters. - Your opponent must pay this card's maintenance cost.
From the anime...I present you with this broken card...I mean honestly...WHAT WAS THE POINT?! you can beat that with take over 5 http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Take_Over_5 i think Quick Rush is pretty broken

I think anime Obelisk may be a little more broken since you can burn 4000 LP by just Tributing 2 monsters, even tokens.
YumeAkko
What about the anime version of Battle Fusion? Activate only when a face-up monster you control attacks or is attacked. It gains ATK equal to the ATK of the opposing monster, until the end of the Damage Step. Essentially a Spell Card version of Honest, only not limited to Light Attributes.
