When this card is activated, banish 2 cards from either player's graveyard. Once per turn, you can banish the top card of your deck face down. If this card is sent to the graveyard, you can banish 2 monsters from your graveyard OR discard 1 card for each card banished face-down by this card's effect, and add those cards to your hand.

Tiki Eradicator
[Continuous Trap Card]
Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Rock-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1500/DEF 0). (This card is also still a Trap Card.) Once per turn, while this card is an Effect Monster: You can banish 1 Spell/Trap Card you control and target 1 card in either Graveyard OR 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; banish that target. During the End Phase: Destroy this card if you did not activate this effect this turn.
Vortex is kinda hard to get the first time you read it. The effect Is a long term investment that pays you back the longer you keep it on the field. My only issue Is that In stall decks, this card might be a bit too powerful. but since it has to actually survive ong enough to be really useful, It's balanced out enough I guess.

Tiki Is relatively simple in comparison; a trap monster that kills itself if you don't love it enough. the effect has to constantly be used, so I can only really see it being sided in Firefist and trap monster (possibly uriah) decks. maybe useful in Chrystal beasts maybe?

Overall card A gets the vote, but I can see some fun shenanigans with card B...

Card A: Banishes stuff from either graveyard, allows you to banish a card from Deck each turn (if desired), returns the banished cards (from 2nd effect) to your hand (with a cost)

Card B: A banish version of Scrap Dragon's effect, except requiring a banish of one of your own S/T in exchange for choosing a card your opponent has in grave or S/T zone and banishing it also; at the cost of killing itself if you don't use it every turn.

Card A requires some setup time to be of much use, though the payoff is nice if you can keep it long enough. The cost to return said cards is high though, given that you need time to pull it off in the first place. In a way, it's similar to Sarc except with that hand discard/banish for multiple cards.

Card B, as mentioned in summary, essentially acts like Scrap to get rid of things your opponent has, but the drawback is that you need to use it everytime or you lose it. There are a few decks that could use this card (as via1ne mentioned)

Though, I'm voting for card A.
