Loyalist
I'm going to vote for card A. Reasons: As much as I do like the unique effect of card B, card A can definitely stand on it's own. The artwork is pretty good which is always nice but I just generally like it's effect and how it is forced to attack for it's effect to work which syncs with the beatdown style it would have inside of a deck with high attack monsters. You forgot to mention the fact that card A is actually balanced when Card B is a freaking Compulsory Evacuation Device for anything on a 2000 ATK body. Card A also works wonderfully in Gallis.dek, so that's another bonus. Aka, Card A gets my vote.

goddamnit names are a pain
I vote for Card A. Easier to understand, can stand on its own to what I feel is the most efficient of the two cards, and it can draw and pop, while being a Dragon/Warrior. Nice beater stat as well. Card B kind of feels OP for a 4.
Nathanael D. Striker
Now that this is over, I can explain what I was trying to do. I admit that a 2k body wasn't the best decision I could have made. The Normal Summon effect was supposed to be an "intimidation" effect. The second effect was supposed to show the unpredictability of an animal. So, I admit I was too focused on flavor in this one. XD
