Nathanael D. Striker
Rules 1. All Leaderboard and Tournament Rules Apply 2. First to 3 votes or most by 11:59 pm Pacific Time on November 2nd wins. 3. Votes must have a valid reason. 4. Winner gets 1 Rep from loser. 5. I have the right to add rules. Card Requirement Make a Trap monster that fits a commonly-played Deck. Card A Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 4/ATK 1500/DEF 1500). (This card is also still a Trap Card.) You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "lswarm" Xyz Monster from your Graveyard, and attach this card to that card as Xyz Material. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, except by its own effect, draw 1 card. Card B Special Summon this card in Attack Position as an Effect Monster (Machine-type/DARK/Level 6/ATK 2400/DEF 1000) (This card is also a treated as a Trap Card) Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase: You can negate the Special Summon of a monster and have this card lose Levels equal to the Level/Rank of the summoned monster. If this card's Level is 1: Destroy it.
Maeriberii Haan
Card A: A Xyz reborn for Ophion and pals, Also refunds itself if it got MST'd. Card B: A really accessible multiple Black Horn of Heaven. Other than being a good beater. Card A definitely has my vote. Card B is really powerful for a splashable card, It's a freaking walking Warning that doesn't destroy for god's sake. Card A is also powerful, And is searchable by Ophion, which it can revive. The refund effect isn't really needed though. Assuming It worked like Aerial Recharge, you can just chain the tribute effect to MST or something. tl;dr: Card A is a powerful, searchable card for a specific archetype, while card B is a crazy good unsearchable card for ANY deck. Vote for A.

The Warden
You only really get one use of card B, since 6 can be very quickly reduced one summon. In card A's case, I would just use him to make a new Xyz instead of using his revival effect, since he's an Evilswarm and therefore capable of making Ophion or Bahamut. And let's not forget that if he gets detached, you get the draw, since he just has to be sent to the graveyard. So hello Heraldic Beast Leo syndrome, since Ophion can search an Infestation card, then Giga lets you draw since it's mandatory. So really, since I like lswarm cards I'll vote for card A, since Tann really doesn't do anything.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
Card A allows you to use the effects of whatever Iswarm Xyz (Bahamut, Ophion, Ouroboros, etc) you want once again, while leaving a draw if it goes to the Graveyard by other ways than by Tributing itself + becoming Xyz Material. Or as Black mentioned, use it to make a new Iswarm in the first place. Card B is essentially a Solemn Warning/Judgment/Black Horn, etc, like Ain mentioned in their post. It's a 2400 ATK beater, but your opponent only needs to summon 5 Level/Ranks worth of monsters and this card is destroyed. (You could use this for a quick Rank 6 if you need to, but that's about it [assuming you didn't negate a summoning]) That said, card A gets the vote for staying with theme + balance. Therrion
Glad to see someone noticed the draw from detach. Nearly forgot about this. Was worried that my last minute card would get 3-0ed.
