HORUS
Apparently: Release = Tribute Advanced Summon = Tribute Summon Its the same thing, with a different name. This new terminology will be used once Duelist Genesis is released. Pointless, if you asked me. Discuss?
Orochi
in fact, it will be used once the starter deck 2008 is released, along with synchro/tuner monsters... i don't give a coin about the name, i will keep saying tribute and tribute sumon... Careless Whisper
Why are they changing the terms around, they did that with Magic by switching it to spell. Now they're doing it with tribute and tribute summoning. This is a pointless thing to do...

Holy R. Enigma
I still have some Magic Cards (Yu-Gi-Oh) with Magic instead of Word Spell. The only ironic thing; Konami & Wizards of the Coast is the exact same COMPANY more or less.
Careless Whisper
Konami is probably just saying to theselves.:-"Oh this will really trip them out. We'll change more of the terms around, that way, when the next YGO World Tournament starts up, we can disqualify people for using the terms 'tribute' or 'tribute summon'" of course, someone in Konami had some sense and said it was pointless, but it doesn't matter, I'll still use 'tribute', and I don't even know if there has ever been a YGO World Tourny. RedSceptile
Magic is awesome. If I had the time, I'd learn how to play Magic because it's a hell of a lot better than YGO and the road it's taking at the moment (insert YGO is dying comment)
