Card Requirement

Create a generic Spirit Synchro monster

Card A

1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters
This card must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Summoned by other ways. During the End Phase of the turn this card was Synchro Summoned, return it to its owner's Extra Deck. You can give control of this card to your opponent until the End Phase; draw 3 cards.

Card B

1 Tuner or 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can target one card on each side of the field: banish those targets. You can only use this effect of "Dragonic Deity" once per turn. This card returns to the Extra deck during the End Phase of the turn it is Special Summoned or flipped face-up.

Card A is interesing, due to its way of generating draws. But Remove Brainwashing made the card to be able to do an infinite draw loop. And Junks can easily summon this. Card B's ATK is way too high, but the scrap-dragon banishing effect is really good. It's a welcome tool to any deck that run veiler. Vote for card B, due to the infinite loop.

"Draw as many cards as you goddamn want."

It's not exactly a walk in the park to make but it's laughably easy to make in the right Decks and with Brainwashing it becomes a win condition of the worst kind.

The second card is comparatively very boring, but at bloodly least can't be looped to oblivion for infinite draws. It's easier to make, has a trigger effect that's ideal for Synchro Ladders, and Ophion stats. It's not broken, or retardedly abusable. So B gets the vote.

Let's see, giving your opponent a 2300 ATK monster that returns itself to Extra Deck in exchange for 3 cards or a 2550 ATK/Level 5 monster that has a banishing version of Scrap Dragon.

Like above poster mentioned, card B has too much ATK for a Level 5 monster (even though you get one use out of it); especially combined with its effect. However, it is runnable as a splashable Level 5 monster alongside standard options.

Card A has a low ATK for a Level 8 monster, but is summoned easily in certain Decks and is good for draw power. Essentially use this card to destroy a monster/inflict some damage, give this card to your opponent and draw; then have card return to Deck (then repeat)

That said though, card B for balance/usability (Mugen pointed out card A's loophole; recycle this card and draw again).
