Has anyone tried making their cards real?

TheVanguard

Question

Hey guys!

I'm pretty new here so i don't know how everything works yet, but i wanted to know if anyone has tried to make their cards legitimate for game use by attempting to contact Konami (or Upper Deck if you tried when they were still a thing) to try and put their cards into the real game. If so, how did it turn out?

I print them out and glue them to commons I dont use/no one wants. Ive never used them but against my brother, hoping to take them to my locals one of these days.

You might want to try a different approach then glue if you want to take them to locals, my recommendation is using card sleeves. More on that in the link I posted above.

I haven't, personally.

However, I do remember that Konami made three fan creations into cards back around late 2007 (when Gladiator's Assault came out in TCG). I never entered though for a variety of reasons (though I did have an idea, but that was over a year/half before I even came here).

I don't think Konami will be making any more fan cards for the time being [unless the circumstances are particularly special]

As a sidenote, if you want to use the cards you make here, there are a few programs that can do that for you.
