Cyber Dragon Core

If your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters: You can banish this card from the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 “Cyber Dragon” monster from your Deck. Cyber Repair Plant
Normal Spell Card
If a “Cyber Dragon” is in your Graveyard, activate one of these effects. If there are 3 or more “Cyber Dragons” in your Graveyard, you can both of these effects.
You can only activate 1 “Cyber Repair Plant” per turn.
• Add 1 LIGHT Machine-Type Monster from your Deck to your hand.
• Target 1 LIGHT Machine-Type monster in your Graveyard; return that target to the Deck.

Cyber Network
Continuous Trap Card
During your Standby Phase after activating this card, destroy this card.
Once per turn, if there is a “Cyber Dragon” face-up on the field: Banish 1 LIGHT Machine-Type monster from your Deck. When this card on the field is sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon as many of your banished LIGHT Machine-Type monsters as possible, then destroy all Spell/Trap Card you control. Monsters Special Summoned by this effect cannot activate their effects. During the turn this effect is activated, you cannot conduct your Battle Phase.

So Machines have their own Return from the Different Dimension in the form of a searchable Trap Card while the searcher is also Onslaught of the Fire Kings but better... what?

So you can Network for like five "cyber dragons" and a Dwei, make everything 5, make Nova detach ss, make Nova detach ss, make another Nova detach ss, then make like a Zenmaioh or something?

Other xyzs include Digvorzhak (lol) and Machu Mech (lol)

Cyber Dragon Core is funny. You can just use Machine Duplication and bring 3 more copies of the original Cyber Dragon right from the Deck and make your Rank 5, search for your Return from the DD + Waboku - like Trap, and if you have a random Polymerization, you can also go for Cyber Twin while you are at it.

Damn.

Will Fortress Dragon be banned now?

Also, Overdragon sort of just exists to try to OTK, it wouldn't be bad to ban it as well.

Plus Limiter Removal.

That Trap is really questionable. Once per turn during either player's turn you can thin your deck in a completely controlled way, giving Cyber Dragon a Waboku effect, and eventually bursting into a Return from the Different Dimension for the OTK.... searchable, and at 3.

The card sounds incredibly fun and awesome, except for that last line that at most should target 1 monster to bring back instead of a swarm. Especially with the deck that can best abuse Overload Fusion.

Even without the Battle Phase, the advantage is insane.

Thing about Cyber Dragon monsters is.... They exist JUST to OTK, and not really do anything outside of it.
I mean, Twin is a 2800 double-attacker, End is a 4K piercing damage, Nova is ridiculous, etc.

Yeah, the entire Cyber Dragon archetype seemed to exist to OTK, ESPECIALLY in the anime, with 4000 LP Duels. Not only was Cyber Twin practically an OTK by itself, but Cyber End was suddenly terrifying with 4000 ATK and piercing. And Power Bond doubles ATK...and Limiter Removal doubles ATK...and Zane always has the most consistently sacky-as-hell opening hand.

This deck is going to show that me having Cyber Dragons, Ancient Gears, and Machinas for years was actually worth something. I think Core and Drei are drastic improvements to the deck. Isn't network destroyed during the 3rd standby phase?

Either way, out of the S/T cards, Network is my favorite. How does Starlight Road work with it? The whole "if you do clause" throws me off a little.

It'd be funny if you managed to use Limiter Removal with all the cards summoned by Network. Combo with Solidarity and things like Meklords. Man, I can't stop thinking of ideas for this deck. I love the Machine type so much. XD

GAIZ

NETWORK FOR XYZ DRAGON CANNON DECKS

I'll contribute to this-
Repair can search X-Head, Y-Dragon, Z-Tank, etc.
Frontline Base can make Gigant X; X searches more X, Y, or Z components.
Also, upon making your first XZY-Dragon, Network can just Summon the components back again.
