[Leaderboard] TechGenusMaster Vs. DragoLiza (ENDED) TGM Wins

Ok, this was an already scheduled match between me and Liza. I came up with the requirements on a whim, so bare with me. =)
 
Requirements:
1. All YCM Rules Apply.
 
2. Our task: Create our own Rank-Up-Magic, Xyz, and CXyz cards. One of each is required. 
Written cards are not accepted.
 
3. First to 3 votes wins or the person with the most votes after 2 days (tell me if this is too short, etc. Liza or anyone else)
 
4. All votes must have a valid reason. Avoid bagging cards too much.
 
5. Cards need to be sent in by midnight (Eastern Standard Time) Wednesday, October 16th. EDIT: Confirmed Due date, meant 16th. I said Wednesday the 14th. That doesn't exist. XD

Lore: 2 Level 8 monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned, you can banish one monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can detach one Xyz Material from this card, and apply one of these effects: This card can attack your opponent directly during this turn, but other monsters your control cannot attack OR Special summon one DARK monster from your graveyard with ATK less than or equal to this card's attack in face-up Defense position. Its effect(s) are negated.
 

 
Lore: Target one face-up DARK Xyz monster you control: Special Summon, from your Extra Deck, one "CXyz" monster that is 1 Rank higher than that monster you control, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to that target also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Then, apply the corresponding effect, depending on which turn this card activated:
During your opponent's turn: monsters your opponent control can not attack during this turn.
During your turn: Draw one card, and attach this card to the monster Special Summoned by this card's effect as Xyz Material.
 
 

 
Lore: 3 Level 9 monsters
When this card is Xyz Summoned, you can detach 2 Xyz materials from this card: Banish one monster your opponent controls, and this card gains 1000 ATK. While this card has "Zeta, Corrupt Emperor of Shadows" attached to it as Xyz Material, it gains this effect: During each of your Standby Phases, you can attach one card from your Graveyard to this card as Xyz Material. Once per turn, you can detach two Xyz Materials from this card: During this turn, if this card attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step. In addition, this card can attack directly during this turn, but other monsters you control cannot attack, and any Battle Damage your opponent takes involving this card is halved until the End Phase.

The voting can now begin! (Making sure this is read as an update)

RUM card: RUM A is really ridiculous, since it can be used to avoid destruction, while being either a Threatening Roar or a Overlay Regen with added draws. Yes, the targets are really few as of now, but this card is just screaming for it to be broken. RUM B is more modest, the burn effect is neat(can take 1500+ LP in a single shot), and being quite generic is nice. In this part, B wins due to being not ridiculous.

Xyz: Xyz A's banish effect is quite powerful, giving Gimmick Puppets, Photon, and Dragons a neat way of removing threats from the field. Other effects are balanced too. Xyz B though, is a destruction immune double attacker, which screams for OTK in decks like Hunders or Constellars(maybe?). Doesn't mean that it's unbalanced though. Also, the first effect is useless without the CXyz. Gotta go with A for this one, due to it being a good toolbox of effects eventhough the on-summon effect might be a bit too broke.

CXyz: Cxyz A's generic effect is quite good. A 3900 beater is really nice though, and the on-summon banish is nice. The specific effect is underwhelming though, but since the normal form is good enough, I think it's fine. Cxyz B is useless without the base form, and it's an OTK generator if you do ranking him up from the base form. A wins this one too.


So, with the above points in mind, I vote for A.
