Dark Eruption is good in this Deck and I don't know why you're not running it. Take out a Sirocco and Shura for 2 Dark Eruption. PoD seems counter-productive in Blackwings.

I would not run E Veiler unless running a more Chaos-oriented build. Maybe swap for Tragoedia?
