Anyone and any number of members can enter.2. The fee is 10 points.3. The contest ends 27/10/2013.4. The judges have final say.Card rules:1. One card per contestant.2. You may change your card any number of times before the contest ends.3. You are to make a Fusion monster.4. NO DIVINE.5. Written cards are allowed.6.
