Maybe someone has X and wants Yveltal. Stupid trades come up all the time and when Bank goes live next month so many people are going to find they cannot use the stupidly low level Pokemon they asked for.

It's an energy cannon, he must've had a trigger or button to press or something. And it hit where he aimed at, which was the area where all the protagonists were at before they escaped.

I know, I caught a few Graveler just to trade off because I figured, people might want to trade Pokemon that evolve by trade for others that evolve by trade but they don't. They want Yveltal.

 

Then I Wonder Traded the Graveler (made sure to take the Everstone off the one that had one). Since now I figure, I'll just use the Kadabra I have when I want an Alakazam, much easier.

Ew. I know I've been given a few, Magikarp was obv, can't even remember what I gave my friend for it. I doubt the event Darkrai could ever be shiny...shame I really wanted one. Bet if you could trade from RBY, Mew glitch would confuse Bank. Since it's a glitch that makes it appear not an actual cheat.

Of course your [Common Pokemon X] is worth a Yveltal/Zygrade, because it's not just any ordinary [Same Pokemon X], it's a [Same Pokemon X] that's in the top percentage of [Category about said Pokemon X].

This time I got beaten by the system.

After I got Articuno (jolly, nicknamed it Arturito), I decided to trade it for one of the other birds, as I noticed the guys in the GTS want those the most for the birds.

I traded it for a random japanese Moltres. Bad nature, but didn't matter, because I planned to trade it instantly. Then I check Zapdos, and notice it only asks for Articuno or itself. Want to go back to Articuno, it only asks for Zapdos or itself. Now I'm stuck with that Moltres, and other Moltres don't ask for Moltres.

I left my extra Korean Mewtwo for an Articuno for a day, but no one took it. Now I left my extra Xerneas (-def, +spe, if I remember correctly) asking for a Zapdos. It was only half an hour ago, so if you want it, search for it.

Does anyone else get annoyed by how the Restaurant Pokemon have Protect? It feels a little cheap to me. Beating the clock I get, but the blatant stall is just unfair, since a computer is the only one who could get three straight uses out of Protect.

Protect is a priority move.
Protect only fails if the same Pokemon uses it twice in a row.
So yes, they force you to use up 3 turns out of thin air.
It's cheap, but it's partially a way to make up for the fact the whole thing is easy.

Does anyone else get annoyed by how the Restaurant Pokemon have Protect? It feels a little cheap to me. Beating the clock I get, but the blatant stall is just unfair, since a computer is the only one who could get three straight uses out of Protect.

They don't really tend to use it multiple times in a row for me. My stradegy is to put them to sleep on Turn 2/3 (3 turns/4 turns) and if they protect, then I can kill them next turn, and if they don't I can kill them next turn. It's a little risky sometimes, yeah, but...It works.

Also, Triple battles seem to be the easiest, at least for me.

It's not like the restaurant turn limits are that important anyways. I've taken to simply blasting through the battles as quickly as possible, and even then, the rewards you get, albeit reduced, are still worth plenty and more than make up for the price of the meal. Though I'm focused more on the exp. from it.

Yeah, I also feel annoyed facing the Protect team, but it's a minor complaint. I have almost 3 million yen and I'm on my way to having 2 Level 100 teams thanks to it.

Oh god is it easy. I use Kain, Theresa and Gali for the fight. SInce Kain is in the middle, he ignores all of Theresa's Earthquakes, so she usually wipes 2 off the board instant. If not for that fudging Protect or that one Shieldon's Sturdy I'd be wiping em out in one turn.

 

Also my sig now has my FC in it... I should really make that club.
