Pokemon X & Y (Post Launch)

Eury

I noticed. His stats are pretty weak, which is surprising really. I checked on Kalos pokemon, and there are very few who make it into the top 100 for each stat. Funnily enough, the non-legendary Kalos pokemon with the highest combined stats was Goodra, who actually beat out Zygarde himself.

It was also pretty sad that Aegislash took top billing for Kalos Pokemon with highest S.Atk.

I'm not sure if any of you have noticed, but Zygarde only has 600BST, which is low for a Legendary and is the same as Kyurem. Just saying.

And the new region is speculated to be in an expansion dlc, not Z.

It's speculated for either. And actual DLC is unlikely as there's no place to purchase it, iirc. Just patches.

And you guys really need to fucking read what gets posted, because bar Eury, Turtle, and Rinne, you all missed this topic ages ago. Twice.

Speculated to be DLC because Gamerfreak has implied themselves new Pokemon are coming in XY.

Also the DLC would be free. Nintendo has said they won't charge for DLC.

And yeah, we've had this topic like what, twice now like you said? We all know there's a 2nd region and we're getting more Pokemon in Gen VI. I'll find the tweet here in a min.

This topic was discussed ages ago, but we decided to bring it back up based on interwebz chatter.
Oh, and also, Zygarde is actually a great OU pokemon due to access to Coil, Dragon Dance, Outrage, and Extreme Speed.

Oh, and anyone who likes stalls, have you tried using Wrap, Fire Spin, Whirlpool, Sand Tomb, Clamp, or Bind? They got buffed.

Super Soldier Chesnaught @ Assault Vest (Don't know how much it multiplies SpDef by but using it anyways)

Ability - Bulletproof

Seed Bomb

Hammer Arm

Stone Edge

Earthquake

Thinking of an Adamant nature with 200 ATK/200 SpDef/108 Def

Is this a good idea to use in doubles/singles?

I'm thinking Tyranitar, Mawile, and Gengar for my Maison Team.

Tyranitar- Physical Attacker/Special Wall in Sand Storm, lead for hazard.

Mawile- Physical monstrosity/Wall (Mega)

Gengar- Special Attacker with amazing coverage and speed, great switch to save Tyranitar.

Sound decent?

List of Pokemon I have competitively breeded/EV trained:

Chandelure, Tyranitar, Blaziken, Gengar (mostly), Mawile, Lucario, Clawitzer, Noivern, Absol, Charizard Y, Florges, Sylveon, Talonflame.

On second thought, I may go with Blaziken (Mega), Noivern, and Florges. Not bad.

Recipe for early Sylveon:

1. Catch level 19 Eevee, gender doesn't matter. Only a Level 19 Eevee still has the Fairy-Type move Baby Doll Eyes. That is crucial.

2. Give it time in Pokemon-Amie until it gets 2 hearts or more. Three can be for the Exp Boost advantage.

3. Level it up, either by battle or Rare Candy.

It's that simple.

I'd say that most of us (myself included) already knew this. /slowpoke.jpeg

Also since I have defeated the champ, I'm gonna go online so that you guys can get my 3rd Friend Safari pokemon.

I'd prefer getting an Eevee with its Hidden Ability (which I did. THANKS, HATCHER!! :-3), since Sylveon's Hidden Ability is Pixilate

... y'know, they've basically made it a hell of a lot easier to breed for the Meta game (I know it's pretty much been stated before, but still).

... on a side note, I'd feel somewhat guilty if I were ever to "give attention" to meta-bred Pokemon instead of the "Motley Crew" that I've been building up since the beginning of the game. You tend to get really attached to those fcukers....

It just occurred to me the advantages of having a Protean Greninja-
Greninja has 2 Priority moves: Shadow Sneak; Ghost, Water Shuriken; Water. This means he could literally change his type at will, and even do it before the Opponent gets the chance to make an accurate assumption of what move to use. Add to it, he also has Extrasensory and Dark Pulse to really mix it up, with his high speed. Icing on the cake is the addition of whatever TM you feel like giving him.
So basically you could get a lot of shenanigans going with a Pokemon like that.
The trick is to use colorful style cloths and talk to someone to the Northeast in the small park area, the same one as your rival will be, in Kiloude City.
Oh, and finding ghost safaris is tough. Been checking the smogon forums for them. I want a good chance at a shiny phantump (trevenant shiny looks awesome).
