Jake the Sage
I'm still trying to get all of the Pokemon so I can have the Pokedex filled. I finally have a Feebas but I have to trade it, with a Prism Scale, for it to evolve. So . . . anyone wanna help me with that one?
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Yeah, I'm breeding a lot of Eevee and the HA Fennekin/Froakies I got through Wonder Trade (or more specifically, Pokebank stuff and the aforementioned stuff + Eevee). This includes that Japanese Squirtle from GTS with Aura Sphere/Dragon Pulse/etc. and Marvel Scale Dratini. That implied, I have to make sure the Daycare doesn't override the moves with the standard stuff, given most of the Pokes I'm breeding are level 1 (in other words, have said Pokes on team with EXP Share on while catching some Pokes and get them to a level that requires a fair amount of steps to level)
Smile HD
The movesets don't update until you take the Pokemon out of the daycare, so as long as they stay in, they'll keep passing down egg moves. Also, egg moves can now be remembered via the relearner.

The Warden
I just bred a whole bunch of Mudkips, since I heard people liked them. I in turn have managed to procure a Tyrogue, a Palpitoad and a Beldum to add to by collection

~British Soul~
I'm trying to obtain a Iron Fist Chimchar, but other than that, I'm trying to get the rest of the starters from the GTS.
evilfusion
I've taken a break from breeding to raise the results. After completing my Eeveelution ensemble, I decided to breed some dragons, and got my 2nd 6-IV Poke, a female Modest Deino (yay!). I sort of wish it had been male, to use as a breeding partner for other dragon egg group Pokes, the same way I use my 6-IV Jolteon for Field egg group Pokes, but no complaints. While using the Chansey/Audino/Lillipup Friend Safari from EXP grinding, I also got my 2nd shiny, a Lillipup (yay?).
Βyakuya
I'm trying to obtain a Iron Fist Chimchar, but other than that, I'm trying to get the rest of the starters from the GTS. I got a Chimchar with both Fire and Thunder Punch, but would it be possible to breed it with a Pokemon so that its offspring will have Iron Fist? I checked Bulbapedia and for sure I thought it would be breedable with Pancham or something.
Smile HD
If the Chimchar has Iron Fist, then it will only pass it down if it is female or breeding with a Ditto.
Βyakuya
If the Chimchar has Iron Fist, then it will only pass it down if it is female or breeding with a Ditto. It has the regular Blaze ability. I'm breeding multiple with Dittos so I can distribute over Wonder Trade. Having terrible luck with it lately though, but I did manage to get a Jolly Toxic Heal Shroomish through it, and that made my day.
Flame Dragon
I'm trying to obtain a Iron Fist Chimchar, but other than that, I'm trying to get the rest of the starters from the GTS. I actually have one. If you want I can breed it. Won't be able to trade it till later though since I'm heading out in a bit. I've taken a break from breeding to raise the results. I'm at 28 perfects atm but most are in the low 60s to mid 70s range. You can just take the perfect female and use that to make a perfect male. Sure, your not going to get the full 6, but 90% of pokemon only need 5 and those are easy to get.
Cobalt2
So when adding friend codes it requires me to input a name. Do I need to know the name of the person I am trying to add or does it not really matter? If I have them added as just the card without their mii or anything, does it count as me having added them so that they only need to add me in return for me to access their safari? ~British Soul~
I need to get myself a Chlorophyll Bulbasaur at some point. (I'm gonna see if I can get one from the GTS using the same method I got my HA Chimchar)

I got mine from the GTS as well. Dude was looking for a Mudkip. Obviously wouldn't want the HA, so I was able to snap of the trade. Also, when breeding the Infernape the very first egg was perfect. And this was with the female having only have 1 perfect. Got SUPER lucky.

No, you don't need to know the name. When they have also added you, and you go to your Friend List (while online), it will update to their actual name. They only need to have added you to access their Safari. If you both have been online simultaneously, you'll have access to their third Poke (unsure yet whether they need to have beaten the E4). I got my third shiny, a Chansey from the same Friend Safari. Yay.
Sixty
Decided on my team that I'm going to IV/EV train to kill the Battle Spot. Swampert, Magnezone, Porygon2, Blissey, Cofagrigus, and Goodra. I don't care if it's a loada crap, I love me pokemons. Already got half of them IV bred, so almost there. ~British Soul~
Whilst we're on that subject, what would you recommend be done first, IV breeding or breeding for egg moves? At least I have all the starters now.

At least I have all the starters now. Getting the egg moves. Doing it the other way will just result in more breeding unless both parents have perfect/near perfect IVs. Though, if the pokemon you want to have the egg move is one you don't mind IV breeding anyway I'd do that. When I breed my Conkeldurr first I gave it Mach Punch via Hitmonchan. Then I breed a perfect Meinshao to pass Drain Punch down to it and get the perfect IVs onto him. Also, on the note of Meinshao it is SO good. Knock Off, U-Turn, Hi Jump Kick, and Stone Edge make for an amazing move set, especially with Life Orb + Regen.

At least I have all the starters now. Probably egg moves. IV breeding will have to be done eventually either way, and if you spend the time IV breeding and then introduce the egg moves, you'll have to adjust the breeding pairs a couple times to have both egg moves and good IVs. But if you do egg moves first, especially if it requires a bunch of different species, you can get all the offspring with the egg moves WHILE you're IV breeding.Getting the egg moves. evilfusion
Well, this gen made it easier and more accessible since it took all the mechanics from previous generations and then added some simplifiers, like the Destiny Knot passing down 5 IVs instead of 3, and Hidden Abilities/egg moves passing more easily. And then the O-Powers making hatching faster.
