Tormented Posted October 11, 2013 Report Share Posted October 11, 2013 Having enough designers who can code and create a forum layout effectively on a non-graphic based site may have more than one issue, I know a couple of people who code and create themes but not enough for a contest. The only logical explanation I can think of is to have the site decide upon a new theme out of one the staff select, however another plausible option will be to have a bunch of modified themes as that is much easier than creating a theme from new.
