Attempt at Cosmic Blazar Dragon

I honestly had no idea where to put this, idk since it's technically a pre-existing card or rather mentioned card, I just didn't know... But anyway, I made it for my return after two years and to see YCM's sexy new template. Not sure where I was going with this, I guess just it's a SQD Alternative.

Effect:

1 Tuner Synchro Monster + "Shooting Star Dragon"
Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard; During this turn, this card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each. Once per turn, you can negate the activation of an effect that would destroy a card(s) on the field, and destroy that card. When this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 "Shooting Star Dragon" from your Graveyard.

This is okay,not a bad crack at making an unrevealed card real. Just a couple of things though, Cosmic Blazar Dragon is a Delta Accel Synchro monsters so it's materials would likely be Stardust Dragon and 1 Tuner Synchro Monsters an 1 non-Tuner Synchro Monster. Also, the pic could be better, I'm not saying it's bad, I'm just saying there is room for improvement.
