Azuh
When a monsters you control ATK becomes 0 by a card effect, draw until you have 5 cards in your hand "This card cannot be used in a Duel" ffs
heraldry_lord
They nerfed it despite the "This card cannot be used in a Duel." clause. Whut?

Kingdom Xathers
Well, how many card effects can reduce a monster's ATK to zero, anyway? (as in, on their own or in combination). And would it be too hard to ask why it can be used if the opponent's monster gets drained to zero?

And would it be too hard to ask why it can be used if the opponent's monster gets drained to zero? You mean why it "can't" be used, right? There's actually a number of cards that can turn ATK to 0, or even just reduce your monsters by X ATK, when it has less than that (making it 0). No, I actually did mean "can" (purposely ignoring the "Can't Be Used in a Duel" clause). I was asking for more examples than that, though. EDIT: and after reading evilfusion's last comment, we now know that this one can't trigger Card of Last Will. Azuh
Tbh they could've just made this card draw 2 on release and it wouldn't even be broken, more unplayable if anything

Sora1499
Hieratics. I am envisioning a world of hieratics reigning supreme as the unquestioned lords of the meta, dominating all opposition with their omnipotent fury. Tis not a pretty sight. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Hieratics. According to rulings, its ATK is already 0 when it's on the field, so they do not "become" 0 for the purpose of this card.

Airride
Draw up 10 cards in a turn/10 It could have been draw 1 for each monster turned to 0 that turn. Or just a plain draw 2. it would have been a fun little card.
Wildflame
*sigh* There were so many ways to avoid doing this, damn you Konami.
TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
I don't mind the restriction for casual duels, so many decks could use it, still.
Toffee.
What happened to the whole "Game-breaking power" they kept going on and on about, that this card has?I'm just not really seeing it.
evilfusion
Any one-sided potential 'draw 5' card is game-breaking in theory. Its very design screams "find a way to abuse me". Just because it can't be abused by itself doesn't mean it's not extremely powerful. If you use any sort of ATK reduction on a weak monster, its ATK became 0 from a card effect, for example. It's conditional as hell, but I can sort of see why it's being made as an illegal card. But it should have been more powerful than this if it's an illegal card by default. It's not the same as say, when the TCG released Temple of the Kings (a banned card in the OCG) and had it banned upon release, because the card had already existed and was banned. This is the TCG releasing a former anime-exclusive card, but making it illegal by default. At least LC03 gave us a LEGAL Seal of Orichalcos. The cards in LC04 seem disappointing by comparison. Maeriberii Haan
Will this card work with Hieratic? EDIT: Just realized it doesn't. Hmm, yeah, have nothing else.
Sunshine Jesse
I don't really see how this card would even be that bad if legal. Most ways that could abuse it would lose sufficient advantage using it to make it hardly worth it anyways, if you ask me.
