Heroic Champion- Clarent

Alright so I did a little research and read up on Excalibur and then realized King Arthur had two swords Excalibur and Clarent. Clarent was King Arthur's sword of peace. I did a little looking around on the forums and found some Heroic Champion Support cards but they where all riding horses and didnt really have the feel of Heroic Champion - Excalibur. He looks more like a mechanized warrior but still more human than robot. On the forums no monster had armor of any kind to make it feel like the previous heroic champion so i created a counter part called Heroic Champion - Clarent.GqGokn4.jpg

It may not have a overpowered effect to double its attack but it can  destroy all spell and trap cards on your opponents side of the field and instead of detaching 2 it only detaches 1 Xyz Material.

You know, it's never really a good idea to go about saying "Hey, I can make my card ridiculous because other cards in the archetype do crazy things"
Regardless, considering the splashability this can have among things that can spam appropriate materials(Ninjas, HEROs, Photons, etc), A 2600 Feather Duster is a bit much :/

I dont i take all cards into opinion and figure out if an effect would be op or not. Im planning on lowering his def making it 1400 but even then i outweighed the attack and def difference. I am actually gunna be changing it to instead of removing 1 it removes 2 i look the effects and attack of all sorts of cards before making a card so i can make the best overall decision that i can make and then have people like you help me fix it by giving ideas although i see it as a pretty balanced card compared to tons of overpowered cards that are actually in the series.

OR. Bare with me, instead of Duster or Night Beam you can make it Mobius(Destroy up to 2 Sp/Tr). It maxes at a 4 destroy that way(makie it unable to attack this way). But well, destroying set cards is more realistic when you think about it. If it Nigh beams like Therrion says you might* clear the way for Excalibur.

Feather Duster/Heavy got banned for reasons.

A +2 on a detach is not really encouraged or backed by me, though forcing two means you may have to Scrap Dragon your backrow as well, so it could go both ways. All in all, I just don't deem 2 Warriors hard enough to get a +2 per turn its alive, assuming your opponent is backrowed beyond recognition~ but eh, not my card.
