[MTG] Budget Casual Splinter Myr Deck

Well, I need help with this casual deck I made. I just want it to be more consistent with its combo.

Creatures:
4x Silver Myr
4x Iron Myr
4x Myr Galvanizer
2x Palladium Myr
2x Myr Surperion
2x Renegade Doppleganger
2x Riddlesmith
2x Clone

Spells:
4x Splinter Twin
4x Ponder
2x Stoic Rebuttal
2x Dispel
2x Pyretic Ritual
2x Fireball

Artifacts:
2x Myr Reservoir

Lands:
8x Island
8x Mountain
2x Evolving Wilds
2x Izzet Guildgate

Notes:
I'm thinking of removing the Stoics to make it 4x Dispel, adding 2x Myr Battlespheres, and removing the Pyretic Rituals all together (though they tend to help me at times).

Izzets are there because I can't afford Scalding Tarns because they cost around 40 bucks here (in the Philippines) and I'm cheap. HAHAHA
