.Rai
The contrast between the incredibly sharp edges of the logo to the slightly texturised background doesn't work for me. I feel like it should blend with slightly tougher edges since you've already applied texture and the spray paint thing, bottom-right, anyway. The red overlay on the texture feels a little heavy-handed, pushing the opacity down would probably fix that entirely. Direct me to the texture anyway, it's gorgeous. The look of the logo is awesome though. For me, reminiscent of Zorro, almost (here resembling two giant interlocking Zs somewhat) and it's super evocative of logos like Assassin's Creed and stuff in that vein. Quite edgy, while also being quite stable and elegant. It's a nice logo.
Night
The texture was heavily edited, the actual stock isn't very good alone, to be honest. I'll probably release the .xcf, cause this one of the few times I actually spent a ridiculous amount of time on the BG.

This is pretty much what I was thinking. Logos don't necessarily need depth, but it stands out just a bit. The green drip looks mighty fine on the red thing itself, but goes into a weird blur into the background.
