Azuh
Umm... What? Since when did non-Legendaries get the EX treatment... Its not that good, although its still pretty nice to see Pokemon, other than Legendaries get some love
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Non-legendaries have been given EX status for a long time. I remember a long time back I got a Scyther-ex (one of the 3 times I bought a booster back since the originals) and thought it was the most horrible thing ever. Personally, I don't feel this is good, and definitely not with the risk as an EX Pokemon. If it wasn't an EX it would be -okay-

EX=/=ex My problem with this and the Exadrill EX are that there are still Legendaries without EXs. Arceus, the Regis other than Steel, Suicune (Safeguard one doesn't count because the other 2 were EXs), etc. Oh yeah, and it isn't even that good. At least It's better than the Exadrill. Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
EX IS -ex. They both had the same rules tied to them. Are you really going to argue that the hyphen and non capitalization makes a different when mechanically they are the exact same?

Rules have dictated that cards like Suicune (PLB) that affect EX pokemon do not affect ex Pokemon, and vise-Versa. Plus, they ARE different, as all EX Pokemon are basics, while ex Pokemon are their normal evolutionary state.

Airride
ex was Ruby&Sapphire-Power Keepers. EX is NXD-On so far. So yeah, no they haven't, but Unlimited IS a thing, so they have to make rules for that.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
On topic again about this card itself, in my limited experience I have only need it used in one deck, and really in that deck there was the other Chandelure that did the job just as well. The Cursed Shadow one.
:^)
Since when did non-Legendaries get the EX treatment...
Usually the first batch of EX's (Primes and Lv X, you know those kind of cards) out are non-Legendaries and people forget about them because they are usually always bad. EX=/=ex Assuming you're thinking of the ones for the ex-era... Because no EX pokemon before this and exadrill wasn't legendary.
vla1ne
Why exactly are EX pokemon almost always bad? is it because the art is usually amazing?
Airride
Why exactly are EX pokemon almost always bad? is it because the art is usually amazing? If we're talking about new-EXs, it's because their attack costs are usually strange, overpriced, or they have no ability to compensate. If we're talking about old-ex, they were usually an insignificant step up from a normal Pokemon, with underwhelming HP and damage typically. They got a lot better about this as they went on, though. The reverse is true for EXs, though...they got worse as time progressed <_<

Don't forget Landorus, Thundurus, and Lugia. (Was gonna mention Rayquaza but with RayEels rotated out, idk).

Of course, but I'm saying the AMOUNT of good ones decreased until it was just 1-2 per set.
