It's...really not all that original, and really gimmicky. Outrage is nice against decks that are weak to Zekrom or Reshiram (Genesect, for Reshiram, there's no electric-Weak things for Zekrom to kill in recent memory) but here...meh. You're basically just telling decks to kill you within 30 damage (or 60 with regigigas, which is really easy), or kill you in one shot, which they can happily oblige with (Keldeo being pumped up, Black Kyurem EX in general, Virizion EX hitting for 50, etc).
