DestinyGame
3 Level 8 monsters While this card remains face-up on the field: Halve the ATK of all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls. Once per turn, when a Spell/Trap is activated, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card. Negate the activation of that Spell/Trap Card and send it to the Graveyard. Then, you can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls and decrease its ATK by 1000 until the End Phase of that turn.
PinesolOfChaos
I would run this card in my Gimmick Puppets. It would be nice to see a Rank 8 which can actually defend itself.
Sora1499
It's effect is good. Real good. Halving the ATK of SS'd monsters pretty much dispels any notion of beating this thing over entirely. The Shi En effect is powerful, but warranted, because this is, after all, a rank 8, and a 3-mat one at that. The 1k ATK drop afterwards seems like overkill, but it's not a big deal. What limits this card's potential the most is the materials clause. Basically, the only decks that can summon this are DWs and Darklords (and Message in a Bottle, but that's hardly a deck). You could probably get away with making it a generic 3-matter. It's not THAT winmoar that it needs to be so restricted.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
Besides Gimmick Puppets, though, there aren't really many Decks that can take advantage of this card, which is a shame, because it's actually nice. The Wild Tornado effect really puts the hurt on E-Dragunties/E-Drags, FF, Prophecies, Evilswarm, anything like that, while still being a bit hard to get out. Negating a Spell/Trap Card and then sending it to the Graveyard is redundant, because other than Continuous Spells/Traps, Spells/Traps automatically default to being sent to the Graveyard no matter if their effects resolve or not. The -1000 ATK is also pretty good for Stunning your opponent's OTK attempt by further demoralizing them from their already halved ATK state. So all in all, pretty cool card. Wish it was easier to get out in some Decks that aren't just Gimmick Puppets.
