:^)
I pulled this card today and thought it was quite interesting. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 Spell Card in your Graveyard; send the top card of your Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, return the target to the bottom of your Deck. It is a neat way of recycling Spell Cards, and benefits decks like Lightsworn that mill like f***. Discuss.
Hippocampus
The only problem is that it doesn't actually negate your opponent's attack... seems like really strange timing because of that. But it can help accidental mills in any deck that techs Ryko or Lyla. Is pretty searchable too, being a 0/0 DARK. I don't see it being incredibly useful as a generic, though. mido9
Totally useless, next.
Daigusto Sphreez
Too slow/circumstantial for most decks I think. If you want to get that spell card back you need another card that will shuffle your deck, even then you still probably won't get it for a while/at all. It is outclassed by cards like Cyber Valley too. If you want to add cards to your deck to counteract milling use Daigusto Emeral or Pot of Duplicity (just to name a few). The cards you listed can't target Spells though. You would need something like The Transmigration Prophecy, which is unfortunately limited :( Also it's not like this card is even a counteract to milling because it also mills the top card of the Deck (which makes it even worse). True, they do target monsters. There has to be a better choice than Spell Recycler though surely. During times when heavy storm and monster reborn is banned, I think magician of faith should be unbanned and limited to 1 or something.
