Northern Sage
Being Level 5 kills Card B outright. Granted, how it was Summoned doesn't matter for the second effect, but with that condition slapped on, plus the fact that you have to go through hoops to get it off if you used this card as an Xyz Material, doesn't really feel like it's worth it. Card A has at least something going for it, balanced out by low stats. Good job with the Card A&B system by the way. [/sarcasm]

PAINTAIN GOD OF DUNDA MT.
Both really good cards. Yes I can see Card B doing some neat tricks with the Special Summon from the Graveyard effect. But I feel like you could get more uses from Card A due it's low level and you can get a lot of attack from it. I'm worried to say that Card A is a bit too powerful because I haven't played yugioh ever since Feb and I am aware that a lot has changed. But yeah, my vote goes out to Card A. Aix
Izumi isn't that great, it isn't worth the effort of bringing him out, its effect isn't anything Special and is situational even, especially so as you need something on your field to be destroyed and your opponent would be able to take it into consideration in their calculations. Grand Kappa on the other hand is OP with its Treeborn-esque effect while allowing for multiple Kappas and also prevents your opponent from attacking when it's the last guy, making you, no matter what, be able to survive their turn unless they wiped all of your Kappas out in one go with a card effect (and even if they did, the Kappas simply come back the next turn allowing you to stall indefinitely). There's also that you can dump this guy with Foolish and stuff and he also searches himself out. Too OP. Vote to Card B.

As said above, i do SUPERLY support that statement and i do say on my part as to how that card can offer good support on stall decks while the over is as situational as F*ck, needing out-thinking or D.D Crow clean, so yea B has my vote. :P

Medivh
Ah, this is indeed a tough one. Not really. Card A is a card that searches out itself when sent to the Graveyard. Normally this would be fine, given its pitifully weak ATK and DEF. However, it's easy to destroy - It does so when you Normal Summon it. In addition to searching out another copy of itself when its sent to the Graveyard, its Special Summoned from the Graveyard during your End Phase, unless your opponent smacks you in the face with Kycoo or something. Not only does it recycle itself up to two times, providing that you don't shuffle one back into the Deck, it serves as a wall if you have no other monsters. Now for the meaty effect: "This card gains 850 ATK for every Spell and Trap card you control". With this format being the Set Five format that it is, you can pump this guy up to a maximum of 4600 ATK, which, is not only very high, but if this card's effect goes off multiple times, you can have multiple 4600 ATK beaters. And even if you don't, your opponent cannot target the 4600 ATK beater with attacks provided you don't get any more monsters, but that doesn't really matter in this situation. In short, this guy does way too much. Most of these effects by themselves would be perfectly fine, but this one just has too many useful effects piled onto it Card B, on the other hand, is somewhat on the opposite side of the spectrum. A card that blows itself up when Normal Summoned. This wouldn't be too hard, except for its fatal flaw: It's a Level Five. Which means you need to Tribute for this card to get the effect off, and even then, you need to wait until your opponent destroys something with a card effect for it to go off. It's slow. Too slow. But, I would rather take a terrible effect over a broken one, so my vote must go to card B.
Nathanael D. Striker
2-3 Card B (Sora) And for future reference to everybody, keep any indication as to the owner of the card off your card please. I know Yugico hates doing that, but please do that if you are doing A/B voting.
