Well I'd say wait on Tormented or Kyng to give you an answer, but . . .

Okay, I've had a slightly logical think about everything and I believe I have got it worked out. The executions are going to occur soon after the initial riots due to the fact that the execution process was advertised. The process of mutants attacking will occur roughly just before the executions happen which will cause a brawl between, The Foundation, Vanguard and Nexians this will mean that you should be able to start typing up the initial planning process of the attacks with said group leaders, this will mean that when all the groups leaders are ready the first initial battling process will occur very soon.

Then make up other members. This will actually give you more freedom as, with the NCPs, you can use them like cannon fodder or extra characters until someone else joins the Nexians

NPCs are basically a way of allowing you to kill off/play with characters however you wish as no real attachments are made to them.

I remember you saying that you were going to change something in your post to accommodate the fact (I assume) that your character cannot understand Chinese, and can't tell what they're saying.

I'll try and give more posting time, but for a while, I saw no activity from both RP's I'm in, so I stopped coming for a while. As a result, I'm kinda needing a bone here. Also, expect this to be chronic, me being off for certain periods of time without notice, since I can't control certain schedules.

[spoiler=Personality:] Mateo was an artist. He loved everything that had to do with art, wether it was music, painting, writing, or even filmmaking. If it was creative, he loved it. He too, was an artist. He wrote, painted, and sculpted in his free time. It was an escape from his abusive step-father. But all that changed after he changed. When he couldn't create the beauty that he used to, it caused him to feel a combination of remorse and longing for his old life, a feeling he mistook for anger. He can't stand art, whether it's seeing it or reading it. He still listens to music, since he has awash loved it. He had a technician at The Nexian rig a device so that he could listen to music. He listens to all types, from Nirvana to Jimi Hendrix, from Eminem to Fun. Music is his escape now.

Mateo is quick to lash out at others, even if they don't deserve it. His temper is all over the place, so he goes from calm and nice one minute to at your throat the next. He never actually hurts anyone, to avoid being like his father, who always hurt all those who were his friends.[/spoiler]

Mateo is an arachnid wolf creature, with around 500 small, black spings running alon his back. He has an elongated face, and is completely black, save the yellow bell shape on his chest. He I shaped like a wolf, and has the exoskeleton in the picture. He has a set of yellow fangs on both the top and bottom rows of his teeth, which drip with dangerous saliva. He has four legs that come out as a wolves would, but plated with his armor like skin, and two coming out of his ribcage. His feet have two claws on the front, and one in the back. He can stand on his hind legs. His second pair of hands come an end with 3 elongated claws, all in one direction. His top set of hands have 4 medium length claws, and a thumb-like claw on the side. He is more wolf than spider. Imagine a spider with wolf like attributes.[/spoiler]

[spoiler=Bio:] Mateo was born into a family that was strongly anti-mutant. Growing up, he never agreed with his parents opinions on mutants. As he grew older, he became more and more rebellious. His friends were all mutants, he painted posters for the local anti-racism club, and wrote books about he many some of the horrors that that the racists had committed. He would sneak out at night no matter how mad it made his parents. Then, one night, one of his best friends were killed. He knew his parents had done, and no amount of denying it could convince him. It was that next week that the change took place. He contacted one of his friends who said he knew a guy that could make him a mutant. He left his parents a note containing only a few words, most of which are not appropriate for this site. With that, he left his home forever. He marks that day as the worst decision he ever made.

The next few days rushed by. All he remembered was being taken to a strange looking facility, being sedated, and waking up in his current form in the woods several states away from his home. The only words he remembers from that night are Nexian and mistake. He snuck int the nearest town, any when he saw himself, he nearly threw up. He found the local mutant center, and asked about Nexian. They gave him directions to the Nexian, and led him on his way. The next few years at the Nexian were grueling and eye opening. He learned how to use his newfound power to his advantage, and quickly earned to accept who he was. Mateo is now one of the best scouts in the business.

Mutant Class: Gamma
[spoiler=Mutant Powers:] Lukas is a creature that looks like a wolf-spider that stands on its hind legs. He has many small spines running along his back, which can be shot out at high speeds to injure and debilitate an assailant. These spines have have a nerve toxin that causes loss of function in a 2 inch radius around were they impact. He has learned to aim a barrage of such spines, and usually shoots around 50-100 of these in one barrage. He has around 500 on his back, and they grow back over a period of 3-5 hours. He uses his claws to slice deep, and can release a toxin to coat his claws to cause more pain on his scratches than the attacked actually feels. He has a set of fangs in his row of sharp teeth, two in his bottom row and two in his top row of teeth. He uses these teeth to lock his teeth in an assailants arm, then allows his acid based saliva to eat away at whatever is locked in between his teeth. He an also spit said saliva in small burst, causing erosion and pain where it lands. His exoskeleton is relatively strong, able to stop a pistol shot, and able to withstand shots from a heavy rifle without causing major internal damage. His exoskeleton heals quickly, repairing itself within 10 minutes of a gash or cut, longer or major injuries.

Weaponry/Equipment/Items: Sometimes wears specially fitted armor that protects himself and adds short blades to his arms and legs. Also has two small swords adapted to be held by his second set of hands.

Fighting Style/Abilities: Moves very quickly, and pesters his opponent with his poisons, scratches, and spines. Jumps in and out of combat, moving from position to position very quickly.

Other Information: Cannot change out of his form, is stuck that way his whole life. Has the same cognitive abilities and intelligence as his old self.
