Master of Oz (the strongest card you'll never use)

Recommended Posts

They made it 4200 so it can get that boost frlm horn to bump him into a 5k beat stick that gives you draws. But its a -2 without the draw....its just...there to look pret th especially with an honest or mole facing him.

I think this card came out before horn. actually, i'm 90% sure, but either way, as far as support goes, it does have quite a bit of it seeing as beasts are not a neglected archetype *stares at reptiles*

The first time I pulled one from "Soul of the Duelist", I remember wondering if the stats were right.

"That's what 3 Blue-Eyes are if you just give it +300 ATK and +100 DEF.... and the Materials are a decent wall with effect and ok ATK, plus an Almost Blue-Eyes... This is weird".

I want a generic Polymerization for non-Effect, Fusion Monsters, that either is a Miracle Fusion, or has a splendid extra twist to it.

Its ATK is the combined ATK of Des Kangeroo (1500) and Big Koala (2700) = 4200. The DEF is the combined DEF of Des Kangeroo (1700) and Big Koala (2000) = 3700.

It's a really fun card, Megamorph makes it a 8400, can be Summoned pretty easily with Des Kangeroo and any Fusion substitute.

Why not just use The Earth - Hex Sealed and Des Kangaroo? It cuts out the need for Poly altogether.

You have to have both on the Field. And Kangeroo is DARK, so Giant Rat doesn't have as much synergy.

Besides, Poly is searchable with King of the Swamp or similar. Or use Fusion Gate or something.

I know you're joking, but how is that even racist? Are Australians a race?

>Not running Master of Oz in every deck

There are indigenous Australians which we call Aboriginals, which is technically a race. But I'm nit Aboriginal. But the term "Australian" is just anyone who lives in Australia really

So yes, I was joking

What do you mean that I'll never use? I use this card all the time in my Ninja Koala deck. In fact, I have three wins recorded against higher-tier decks with it (not that that actually means anything).

I mean in general, this card is one of the strongest monsters in the game, only 11 monsters beat it in battle without effects or outside assistance, and almost none of them are as easy to summon. master of oz is not only powerful, but extremely cheap to summon, yet there is no meta deck that involves using him, which saddens me.

I have never ever understood the name of this card: what does the book reference have to do with the fusion of a koala and a kangaroo? Also, those moustaches...

oz is another term for Australia, so it's more like a reference to the animals that created it.
