As invincible as Hayate is, Sebastian just has more raw power and technique, plus his Healing Factor. If we're talking about butler skills, it's slightly more interesting, but I'd like to see Hayate cook up half the stuff Sebastian does for a meal.

 

You wanna know what would be an interesting matchup though? Phantomhive Household vs Sanzenin Household (Prior to Nagi's disowning) in a house management showdown. Ciel and Nagi have a game competition or something. I don't know.

K, let's not spoil too much. I have yet to watch Black Butler and I'm close to halfway through Hayate.

Ciel would win against Nagi hands-down, imo, even though I've only seen the pilot episode.

Sebastian obviously. He is insane at fighting while being so supernaturally fast that it seems like he teleports. Being a demon who has lived hundreds or thousands of years and eaten the a lot of souls, further adding to his experience, he is infinitely more skilled. And all this is not considering his demonic powers which Ciel refuses to let him use. Using these powers, he completely repaired the burned down Phantomhive manor literally in the blink of an eye.
