Agro
So I just finished a duel against Constellars. Where I opened this every duel, and normally drew into a second. Basically, not enough people running Dark Bribe. Discuss my 3 Heavy.
Canadian
This format is much different than the last heavy-less format we once had. Many decks are still capable of tearing through backrow (Hieratics, Harpies, Inzektors) and we also have 3 MST and Night Beam this time.
玄魔の王
A few decks can actually make really good use of this, including Hieratics, so I don't see any reason why it isn't worth trying.
Toffee.
I'd mention Vice Dragon, but I doubt it gets run with Wingbeat.I mean, in it's own appropriate deck, of course.
Sora1499
Now that both BTH and solemn are at 1, this will DEFINITELY be run in hieratics/chaos dragons.
Darthakin
I use that card a lot in my justice deck. (justice deck, I call them that. Decks that use ancient rules + wave motion, + two man cell, to bring out Blue-eyes, Red-eyes, summoned skull, meteor dragon, and then go for the stronger Dragon type fusions or Blue-eyes Silver Dragon.) It's a useful card for this deck, as it easily brings out around 4 monsters if you have a lucky draw, in the 2nd turn. wingbeat can be used to return blue-eyes to the hand, and then use polymer. I'd say it's a useful card, if used right. Which is the same as most.
Canadian
Yeah and if you're losing you can always threaten to kill yourself. I've heard that works.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
This actually seems like a good idea to run in Dragunities. Send a Phalanx via Mysteltainn, SS Phalanx, return Mysteltainn to the hand for this, and repeat. Maybe as a tech or side material. Also, the dragon looks a bit like Charizard and that makes me giggle.

Anyways, on topic, I fully expect this to be run at at least 1 in the decks that can utilize it, but considering it used to be run at 1 in a lot of Hieratic builds before, I'd see it being used at 2. bbbgenius
Wingbeat of Giant Dragon is a useful card in about any dragon deck. I think my little bro has this card (he just loves his dragon decks). He has both the Light and Darkness dragon deck, and the Dragunities. If you pull this one out when you have no spell / trap cards, It almost becomes a Harpie's Feather duster, but it doesn't because you send a Lv. 5 dragon back to your hand, which is a very fine cost for the spell. Also helps if your opponent has a Mirror Force face-down (and that's it), he has only a few life points left, and you get to hear him scream "NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!" as you pull out that guy. (or a "darn it!" depending on who you face)
newhat
It depends on the Deck. Hieratics have Tefnuit who can make this completely costless and low-risk. Decks running E-Dragons can drop this on the second or third turn. Most other Decks will face the Photon Wyvern problem. If this were Quick-Play it would be squee-tastic.
