Thomas★Zero
Flip all monsters your opponent controls face-up. This card remains on the field for 3 of your opponent's turns. While this card is face-up on the field, monsters your opponent controls cannot declare an attack. considering the big chances in the TCG banlist would with card see abit more play due to how you can use this to set up during the time you have before either your opponent destroys with a MST or time runs out. Sora1499
Eh, I still think it's mediocre at best.
Jord200
Its not what it used to be. When the game was still crawling out of the mud, it was a staple. I can't remember the last time I saw someone use it was.

Jord200
That's backwards, until now the game was sinking into the mud. I mean when the game first started, and this card was first created.

evilfusion
That joke took me way too long to understand. Swords is still good, it just isn't reliable all the time. It's a weak stall because while you're not affected by it (unlike Level Limit or Gravity Bind), it's vulnerable to removal and has an expiration date. Canopy Star - Eon Sphere
IT'S A NORMAL SPELL I DON'T UNDERSTAND OT: Not amazing. When you're new to the game and don't know much, 3 turns seems like a lifetime. Heck, when my opponent used this in the last format (0 MST 1 Heavy cause no backrow) I couldn't get rid of it. Didn't help that he played Wave-Motion Cannon as well. Doesn't have a place in most decks though. PS: YOUR BROTHERS CONCEALING AND BURNING ARE BOTH CONTINUOUS. WHY COULDN'T YOU BE MORE LIKE THEM? Toffee.
That joke took me way too long to understand.Cuz' Gol'Gar, despite being gimmicky, is quite abusive in the right situation.PS: YOUR BROTHERS CONCEALING AND BURNING ARE BOTH CONTINUOUS. WHY COULDN'T YOU BE MORE LIKE THEM?Not really sure how that would be a crucial deciding factor, if this were Continuous.I mena, outside of weird plays and what-not. bbbgenius
Swords of Revealing Light is a rather good card. It could save your but in some duels, but can be easily be taken out by a destruction effect (E.g. Mystical Space Typhoon). You can still run it in some decks as a fall back though. NeoRWBY65
I have a funny story involving this card... My opponent was playing Ghostricks and had all of my cards flipped face-down, and had the Ghostrick Field out. He activated this, not realizing that this messed up his field spell, allowing me to finally level eat my stardust and get out Black Rose Dragon, nuking everything on the field. newhat
but stardust is level-ate This gives you time to grind out cards with Madolches and such, but ironically it's a pretty bad topdeck because you instantly put yourself behind with no guarantee of recovery. -Doodle
I think it isnt a continious spell because it didnt exist back then, right? Anyway, the card is quitee slow and very vurlnable, but I quie like the "reveal all monsters your opponent controls" effect added to it, maybe someday it could see a good use because of it..? Canadian
This is much better in today's game.
Sleepy
This is much better in today's game. Is it weird that I almost read that as "Shard of Stardust"? OT: Swords is not all that great, just like many other cards that are only about defensive plays. They either abuse their wall-ness, or the game becomes agressive enough to make it useless. It has a few annoying combos, Mist Valley Falcon, Aliens, Gravelstorm, Zephyros, that Tiger from the Ice Barrier, etc. It's flipping effect also might come in handy very very once in a while. Shradow
I think I will use this card to the end of time. I've always run at least 1 in any deck I've ever played since the early days of YGO, and while it's obviously not the best card, it's my old reliable.
