My god were they amazing.

My favorite scenes in anime pretty much all come from Tokyo Majin. God, do I love that anime. The final fight in season 2 was amazing, then there was...Tatsuma already knew...he already f*cking knew...and man, is there more than just two really good memorable scenes that I'm not going to go into because they're spoilers.

I'll just put my number one: When Hyoga was killed in Saint Seiya. Really, the whole sequence with Aquarius was very dramatic and actually made me feel. I actually started screaming at my computer when he killed Hyoga.

Dude who could forget DBZ's Majin Vegeta small speech to trunks followed by a self-destruct, when Yugi whipped exodia out on Kaiba, or when Naruto mastered the shadow clone jutsu and his excitement from it :D.

1. DBZ - Goku's first SSJ1 transformation: This will always give me goosebumps. Looking back, seeing that moment on air left me speechless for the next few days.

 

2. DBZ - Kid Buu transforms and destroys Earth with one blast: Gotta be the first time I've seen a villain actually cause major damage without wasting time talking about it. Plus the music playing while he transformed was just so f*cking epic.

 

[spoiler=3. FMA]Fuhrer Bradley revealed as Pride: This twist was just amazing. Not only was the guy charismatic and practically invincible as a good guy, but as the most powerful commander in the military, him being a Homunculus was some major irony.[/spoiler]

 

[spoiler=4. Angel Beats]Yuzuru's death: The end of Angel Beats was a slap in the face and was indeed very sad, but this scene was the most powerful scene in the anime, imo. After seeing a lengthened view into his past while alive, we see him as a loner whose only reason to live was his sister, whom was being hospitalized. Before his death during the hostile crashed train scene, Yuzuru suggested to everyone to circle the option to "donate their organs to those in need" on their insurance card, knowing that he was doing it for his sister. Everyone did so, and, ironically enough, he was the only one who died when the police cleared the blockage and rescued everyone. Truly powerful.[/spoiler]

 

5. Future Diary - Yuno's dark side revealed: Let's see here... you just discovered that your cute and innocent girlfriend has hidden a handful of dead bodies in her house. Upon seeing this, you start to hesitate truly loving her, and she knows you feel this way. Being as clingy as she is, you run in fright from her new-found dark side, but she follows your every move, and as you hide behind your closed door, exhausted from running, two dilated eyes peer through your mail slot and you hear a faint voice, "Good night... good night, Yukki..." ...I'm glad my house doesn't have a mail slot...

 

[spoiler=6. Little Busters!]Riki returns Nishizono to her real body: This anime... this f*cking anime. I swear, I avoid even hearing the OP because knowing the Little Busters split up soon after it ended made me feel hollow inside. But as I watched it, the Mio Nishizono arc finale was breathtaking. I don't think my heart has ever felt so warm after such a scene, but after Mio's character was fleshed out, I developed a deep affection for her, and seeing her unite with her physical self after dwelling as a shadow for years... words cannot describe the feels I felt. Thank you and also f*ck you, Zero, for prompting me to watch this.[/spoiler]

 

I wanna add more, but this is all I can think of right now.

[Shradow]

- One of the last scenes from Anohana, because it's so sad.

 

- I've got a ton from One Piece. Whitebeard's final moments. Luffy using Conqueror's Haki at Marineford, and again at Fishman Island. Doctor Hiruluk's final moments (dat Ave Maria). The Going Merry's funeral. Pirate Docking 6, Big Emperor! Iron Pirate, Franky Shogun! Franky Radical Beam! Luffy beats Crocodile (dat New World Symphony). Does the champion make the afro, or does the afro make the champion? Luffy declaring war on the world.

 

- Don't have a video, but when Ginta first summons Gargoyle in MAR.

 

- Kamina's Giga Drill Break. Lazengann Overload and the formation of the Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann from the second movie. Lordgenome hacking the moon.

Clannad A.S; Not even gonna spoil it, if you saw it, you know what it is. and I cried like a 4year old girl.

 

Shingeki no kyojin, episode 10: armins first speech. after seeing it animated I had to change my pants.

 

Railgun season 1; episode 12(?): Kiyamas' flashback, almost cried because I hate children.

 

To Aru Majutsu no Index season 1 episode 8: Toumas arm got cut off. all hell broke loose.

 

Shinsekai Yori. Final episode: I've never wanted people to be brutally murdered more than I did during that trial. but I've also never thought harder about what it means to be human. or more fundamentally, what it means to be intelligent.

 

Pokemon the first movie: ash died. as a child, that was impossible for me to believe.

Railgun S: Touma vs. accelerator remake. I swear that punch gave me a boner.

I mean, who needs a mech in a mech anime when you can just punch the crap out of them with your bare hands? (In a later part of the fight, Lordgenome trades blows with Lagann for a bit, before brutally tearing both its arms off and reducing it to a hunk of scrap.)

Also, I've said this before, but the most memorable 5d's duel to me was Aki vs Misty. The atmosphere, the music, Misty's deck, Divine's death and all that… So memorable.

Also, obligatory mention of Meruem's and Komugi's deaths in Hunter X Hunter.
