Here's some info for each card:

 

Fusion: They are about fusing two monsters into one (which you should already know), so make the picture almost a "fusion" of the two monsters. Fusion monsters are pretty slow in the first place, but making your own "polymerization" card or a card that searches for Polymerization would up the ante a whole bunch.

 

Synchro: synchros are meant to be very fast and quick. You can usually summon a synchro your first turn in combat, but you need tuner cards in order to summon them in the first place. For specific tuners (like Junk Sychron) use some effect so they can get out another guy with the right level to synchro summon. Using this effect with other tuners is also a good idea too. For synchro monsters themselves? Just use your imagination and make sure it makes sense :-).

 

Ritual: Ritual monsters are especially difficult to get out on the field as they require both the ritual card and the ritual monster in your hand, and make them slower than Fusion monsters even. You also need to tribute a certain amount of guys that equal the guy's level, too. The ritual monsters themselves can be anything you want (but make it seem like you would "need" a ritual to summon them), but you can also make support cards to search for the ritual card and/or ritual monster. Ritual monsters usually have good effects because they are so slow, but you can also summon them from your hand with no monsters on the field (you can also discard monsters from your hand), so they have decent attack/defense.
