Heroes from all walks of life, all manners of origin. They have engraved their names in history forever. However, one must note that they only live once, and once they have fallen, they will never rise again.

Or is it?

Very recently, the spirits of many heroes in the past have materialised into our plane of existence, specifically across Tokyo. A month has passed since this mysterious occurence had taken place, and the heroes have been trying to blend into society. Some seem successful, others... not so. In fact, most desire battle. And many others want to rest in peace again.

The manner in which they have been reborn in one city and one city alone might imply that whatever brought them back to life is in Tokyo. However it goes, something is fishy. Too fishy to be true.

Either way it goes, life goes on.

Needless to say, sone civilians may have been caught up in this situation, which is a bad thing to some extent.

Well, I guess I'll post my app then. And maybe wait for a Shingen app.
Name: Kenshin Uesugi, known under the civilian alias of 'Ryuuko Echigo'.
Title: The Dragon of Echigo
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Personality: Kenshin may look like a girl all over, but trust me, she acts more male than female. Kenshin believes in honour, obviously, and she rarely stoops to dishonourable methods. She also hates it when her opponents play unfair.
While she loved war back in the days of the Sengoku Period, she now wants to live peacefully with her new modern-day friend, who is apparently the only one(for now) who knows that she is the great warlord Kenshin Uesugi. She currently hosts in his/her/its house.
She is a little tsundere, especially towards Shingen Takeda, her old rival.
History: Kenshin was born a woman, and died one too. No one managed to notice, mainly because she never got married or had children of her own.
Kenshin was best known for her rivalry with Shingen Takeda, the Tiger of Kai. The Tiger and Dragon are two powers of the highest order that are unable to overpower the other.
When Shingen died, Kenshin... cried. Badly. While suggested to kill the Shingen in his slumber, she did not commit such a dishonourable act. They were foes while they lived, but with one of them gone, they have learnt the true meaning of friendship.
Of course, many battles preceded before her death. But she lived and died a virgin and pure maiden. She had adoptive children to succeed her, though.
When she was reborn, she found that she fell on someone, completely bare, in the dead of the night.
A lot of things happened, but she is now leading an ordinary life. Until she learns that she isn't the only one who has been reborn.
Appearance: Kenshin is identified with a rather long, blackish hime-cut that shimmers under the sun. At times, this hime-cut is adorned with white ribbons. She has shining brown eyes that is a beauty to be admired. Her figure is curvacious with a minor B-cup. Her limbs are dainty and slender as well. However, she is only 152cm tall.
She is commonly seen with a dark blue, long-sleeved serafukku from a nearby school that she is attending. It comes with a knee-length skirt and a red ribbon, as well as black shoes with white kneelength socks.
Skills and Abilities: Kenshin can create blue eastern dragon-shaped projectiles. Using these projectiles, she can perform offensive and defensive tactics alike.
She has great swordsmanship, obviously, and is a great leader as well. Being a Sengoku Warlord, she has a great deal of charisma.
Her crossdressing skills are top-notch, and she never leaves home without her emergency fake beard.
Weaponry: She dual-wields heavy steel katanas. These are in no way her original weapons, due to the... nature of her rebirth. She acquired them, along with her old headpiece back in the Sengoku Period, from a temple that worshipped Bishamonten.
Others: There was actually evidence to point out that Kenshin was a woman.
Like her real life counterpart, she is a fan of Sun Tzu's works.
Name: Sir Mordred Pendragon, civilian alias "Alex Howe"

Titles: The Kinglsayer, The Betrayer, The Bastard

Age: 25

Gender: Male
Mordred is, among other things, a very passionate young man.  More often than not he wears a smile on his face, and does not hide his emotions when they give him reason not to.  For example, it is not unheard of him to wear a troubled expression when something is bothering him.  However, he will prefer to deal with any problems he has himself rather than seeking help with it from any others unless he realizes with absolute certainty that he cannot handle it himself.  For example, if he happened to be facing down an army he would seek to gather an army of his own to fight against it.

This particular young man does his best to be polite whenever possible, even in cases when he is interacting with someone who themselves is not polite to him.  He holds himself to a strict code of conduct, specifically the Chivalric Code followed by the Knights of the Round Table which holds one to uphold the values of Honor, Honesty, Valor, and Loyalty.  His personal interpretation of loyalty specifically relates to the greater good of his people.  Nowadays, he sees the whole of the Human Race as his people.  Valor is interpreted as the refusal to step down from a conflict.  In the name of honesty he does his best to avoid telling falsehoods, but that does not prevent him from only telling part of the truth.  Honor prevents him from victory through trickery, but then again he is the only one bound to avoid such things.

He does his best to remain physically fit, running several Kilometers early each morning before the restaurant opens often while carrying heavy weights.

Mordred was conceived as the son of King Arthur Pendragon and his half-sister Morgana, and was raised by his mother in secret to avoid detection by those who would prefer that the lord of Camelot not have such an heir.  His mother was rumored to be a witch, and this in fact is true.  As such her son was educated to some degree in the dark arts.  However, he did at one point come to the attention of his father despite neither of them knowing who was who.  In a display of swordsmanship, Mordred defeated a group of bandits attacking a trading caravan he happened across while traveling.  The skill he displayed in that moment led to Arthur taking an interest in turning the young boy into a Knight.  In two years' time, Mordred was inducted into the Knights of the Round Table with whom he served for many years, vowing in secret not to use the darker tutoring his mother had given him.  However, he began to notice things in Arthur's rule which he did not agree with.  Particularly, the way in which the King seemed detached from the world and overly focused on being as some would describe it a Judge rather than a King.  He requested time to return home and see his mother, and was granted it.  On this visit home, he spoke of his troubles to Morgana who revealed to him that Arthur was his father.  At the same time confused and deeply upset, Mordred returned to Camelot with all speed to confront the man who was revealed to him as his father, and unfortunately discovered the existence of an affair between Sir Lancelot, another of the knights, and Queen Guinevere, Arthur's wife, when he burst into the king's bed chambers.  He attempted to bring this matter to the attention of the King, who he rather quickly discovered was in the castle stables.  Arthur, however, refused to take action against either his wife or the chief of his knights.  Mordred was taken aback by his father's apparent weakness, given his refusal to respond to a direct affront to himself and saw this as further evidence that his father was more detached from the world than he ought to be.  At that point, the seeds of rebellion were sown.  All Mordred needed to do was bide his time, and that he did.  When the time came that Arthur left to negotiate with another kingdom, the young knight took his chance.  He revealed himself as King Arthur's son and declared his right to rule over Camelot, taking the name Pendragon to legitimize his claim.  The passion in his voice, and the sheer force of his charisma brought the country as well as half of the Knights to his side.  None opposed him until his father returned to find the country being ruled by Mordred.  For reasons the young king never knew, his father mustered an army of those who were still loyal to him and marched against Camelot.  The culmination of this was the battle on the Fields of Camlann before Camelot Castle where Father and Son met in single combat.  The two could not best one another with their swords, and it was with a spear that Arthur struck Mordred down though he would later die of his wounds.  The last word to cross the young Pendragon's lips was "Father" as he addressed Arthur.

When he manifested in Tokyo, he attempted to find a place for himself in this new world as changed as it had become.  He managed to fit in relatively well, finding a job working in a local restaurant and studying in an attempt to get into university.  After all, if he's going to be living in this new world he'd best know more about it.

Mordred carries much of the classical idea of a noble appearance, and stands quite tall as well.  Standing at 2.2m in height, he is significantly taller than most people he deals with in Japan.  Due to his insistence on remaining physically fit, a throwback to when he was a knight, he remains remarkably muscular and lean bearing little visible fat on his body.  His face is rather sharply angled, ending in a pronounced chin which he can often be seen to bear a thin scruffy beard that shaving fails to control.  His skin is, well, rather pale as was common among nobility in the days of Camelot.  His hair, both facial and upon the top of his head, is a dark wooden brown and that specifically upon his head hangs down just above his chin in an unkempt mess.  It would be fair to say that he bears a great deal of resemblance to his father, and was not uncommonly mistaken for the king in his life.

While working in the restaurant, Mordred wears a set of chef's whites due to his position as a line cook.  That is, he wears a pair of loose-fitting white pants and a long-sleeved white jacket, the sleeves of which are often rolled up, over a short sleeved grey shirt and over his jacket he wears a bleached white apron over that.  His mess of hair is kept in control under a hair net, over which a black cloth skull-cap is worn to keep things down.  His feet are typically covered by a comfortable pair of leather shoes.  When relaxing, he often wears much the same thing sans apron and jacket.

Swordsmanship:  As befits a Knight of the Round Table, Mordred is a remarkably skillful swordsman often capable of defeating foes who are many times his superior in raw strength or speed.  His style could be best described as one relying upon patience and seeing the faults in his opponent's style.  The only defeat he ever suffered was the one resulting in his death.

Hand to Hand:  Though not trained in it as a Knight, Mordred over the years managed to pick up some skill in unarmed combat.  His own style focuses on grappling a foe to the ground where they are vulnerable and from there eliminating them as a threat.

Riding:  As a knight, Mordred was trained in the art of horseback riding during his time as a squire.  Riding a horse might not be the most beneficial of skills in this day and age, but a curious thing has occurred.  Mordred is, for whatever reason, able to perfectly control and therefore drive any vehicle he sets foot in.

Agility:  Due to his training as a Knight, Mordred endured an intense regiment of training.  Part of this involved being able to move quickly and lightly upon his feet even in the heaviest of armor.  The young man responded quite well to this sort of training and achieved a such a level of quickness as to be considered superhuman by some.  As an example, he is capable of back flipping a few meters into the air while wearing a suit of full plate armor.

Strength:  In addition to his agility training, Mordred's strength was enhanced through similar methods to levels well above the human average.  This is a part of the reason for his effortless movement, and further manifests in his ability to put significantly more force behind every blow.

Toughness:  As a byproduct of his other training, and his many battles, Mordred became one of the toughest members of the Round Table.  Even out of armor, he can shrug off blows that would fell a lesser man easily.  Armor of course results in him being even more of a damage sink than he already is, due to many blows not being able to get past the armor and those that do being often diminished.

Charisma:  One of the most lethal tools in Mordred's arsenal is his silver tongue, as it often allows him to defeat a foe without ever drawing his sword.  In rare cases, with words alone he can completely alter the loyalty of those to whom he is speaking.  This is what allowed him to turn an entire nation against its king.

Black Magic:  Due to the tutoring of his mother, Morgana, Mordred has more than a passing knowledge of the black arts.  Curses, hexes, illusions, raising the dead, and more directly destructive methods are all within his reach.  These are not mere cantrips or tricks of smoke and mirrors, very real magic power courses through the young knight's veins.  Of course he prefers not to use it if he is able to avoid it, but in some cases it becomes merely another tool in his arsenal.

Summoned Armor:  Unrelated to his Black Magic, Mordred is capable of summoning a suit of plate armor to protect him when needed.  This armor lacks a helmet, and is in fact the very same suit of armor he wore so many centuries ago during his life.  It takes a few seconds for him to properly manifest the armor, and as such he prefers to do it before combat actually begins.
knight_knight_by_regocreations-d5012ex_z
Summoned Sword:  In a similar manner as his armor, Mordred is capable of summoning forth the very blade he once wielded.  It does not take him even a second to fully manifest it to the point that he can strike a foe down with it.  In fact, it is done by performing the motion of drawing a blade.
Weaponry:

Clarent:  The Sister Sword of Excalibur, Clarent is a blade every bit as ancient and mysterious in origins as its twin.  Much like Excalibur, Clarent is absolutely unbreakable and has yet to find a material through which it cannot cleave save for the blade that is its sibling.  Then again, Mordred did not often fight against foes clad in magical armor.  This blade has a tendency to select a wielder, and has chosen the man who currently carries it.  In another's hand, it feels abnormally heavy regardless of their strength and slows their movements.
two_handed_saber_by_raverunner_zpse27e33
Others:

F what the Nasuverse says, Mordred is a man!
