[ACT](VC) Limit Break 4 (This ability is active if you have four or more damage):[Counter Blast (1) & Choose two of your «Dimensional Robo» rear-guards, and lock them] Choose one of your opponent's vanguard, and that unit gets [Power]-10000 until end of turn. not compatible with laurel though. Overall, with all the support, i'd say vanilla daiyusha is the best. Still, this has a laughable cost for such a potent effect, so this is the most splashable one.

Post TD12 D-Robos don't play Laurel any more iirc, too easy to snipe off with all the retiring stuff. Daiyusha might be the best, but I can't help but feel like this is the thing that makes them become an actual deck

Chances are, Laurel had done its job when they retired it(kageros are uncommon, Narus rarely retire backrow pre LB, others are not worth mentioning). Lau is an early pressure card, not late game one, so it's fine if its retired since you'll retire it yourself during the late game anyways. Back on topic, i think the best targets for the lock is the VG's booster and another RG booster. That -10000 should be abused. Stands may even work in a deck centered around it.

I was wondering about whether stands would work in the deck as well, since they're another D-Robo for cards like Goyusha to go off without a hitch and can be slid in with Daicannon.

This thing seems incredible in every way.

And I would feel happy running stands in the deck with this as the focus, I've one that with Zeal, and it works really well. The theory is much the same with this, only more destructive.

How would you guys run this in a deck, with the break ride focusing on it, or with it as a secondary to Normal Daiyusha?

Apparently, it needs to lock 2 D-robos, so no Zeal shenanigans here. Maan, Zeal needs some support like srsly.

It does need to lock 2 D-Robos and I was kind of disappointed by this, but at the same time this can ideally be compared to Vowing Saber "R" and the archetype restriction makes sense.
