1 - Personal Info: All your grounds pre-Appearance satisfy the needs of the role-play for acceptance. I am firstly and foremost appealed by the fact there is a taller woman in our midst. I would advise reconsidering the Breastplates - while the concept is logical, a Breastplate specifically designed to cup a woman's buxom poses a threat towards the sternum. One smack with a mallet straight to the chest, and the divisor plating is possible to go straight through her chest and kill her (and as a Breast Fetishist (Hotaru can vouch for me on that one) I know my stuff). Since you haven't explicitly stated they mold to her her shapely I think one can look past it. Just flagged it to your concern should you want to clarify this. From her personality I can gather she is inspired by Xena and makes use of rationalism. Personally I feel stronger apps are not afraid to disclose negative traits in their personality. In her biography, I see how she took an arrow to the knee (Ustengraf :3) and was cast out of her family. I think it is very plausible she met ranks with the Wall Guard thanks to her ties with family.

2 - Combat Info: All your grounds pre-Weapon(s) satisfy the needs of the role-play for acceptance. Her sword is your nice super-sword for everyday RPing, though I wouldn't think she'd need a super-sword and would do pretty solid with a standardised weapon. I like the Chakram, but that is probably the Rogue Legacy in me. Still exotic weapons are always a nice plus except when in excess. The spear and dagger are always a solid plus though could use a wee bit more detail if I were being picky (like their makes or measurements). I noticed that, while she is of the Wyvern Corps she is without a Wyvern? I like her abilities, because I enjoy when applications have a nice sense of realism to them, and Zena has that with First Aid and Pressure Points - everyday skills that'll be useful. Chakram Tornado is, naturally, a fantasy-notch to her battle-style. I noticed a sense of minimalism here - while I don't think it is a bad thing, if you're going to use less then make sure that less has plenty of meat to chew upon.

3 - Other Info: Everything here is optional, so this is very flavourful IMO. I see two notes on your reference character, Xena, which I enjoyed - I do hope the character isn't too close to the actual character though, it'd be a shame if she stood too close to the Expy class rather than the more stand-alone gimmicky character. I like how you've told us about her sword, I didn't realize she used Viking Swords.

Overall, I was happy with what I read. I feel that you should try add a few more bits of details to your character. I always find that stronger apps will be able to disclose reasonable weaknesses or negative qualities to characters. I hope this helped out.

[spoiler="About Him"][spoiler="Appearance"]Raionhāto's normal appearance is that of a youngish boy with spiked light-brown hair and matching eyes. Standing at 157 cm and weighing 46.5 kg, he looks sort of young for his age. He is mostly seen with a slightly fancy teal vest with leather strappings and a silk scarf with some small ornamentations over the adam's apple, which is fastened around a white sleeveless shirt piece. His pants are slightly large long cargo pants of a light-blue color tucked into his silver-grey boots made of tough leather with metal plates. Multiple belt straps weave around his waist line. He doesn't wear any earrings however, nor does he carry gloves or short swords, as well as not having a tail. However, he does have two slightly thick and long metal wristbands of a red and silver metal around each arm. This is his usual outfit when he is not in his uniform. Sometimes, to conceal his appearance however, or if needed otherwise, he dons a black robe with the hood over his head which he ties together at the front over his clothes. The back of the robe has some intricate mysterious designs somewhat resembling wings in grey. He has a near perpetual smile on his face, and is seen enjoying various activities throughout the day.

 

When he is battling, some changes occur over him. His hair lights on fire of a yellow-orange color at the front in a trident-esque or triangular shape, as well as his Dragon's Breath gauntlets unfolding from the wristbands over his hands and wrists, lighting on fire of a slightly darker orange color. The fires are extremely hot, but they do not hurt him nor do they affect his belongings. His eyes also turn a fire-like orange-red. A brace-esque ring forms around his right leg a slight bit above the knee, linked by a chain to his belt. Raionhāto also has various rings on his persona which strengthen and partially fuel his power.[/spoiler]

[spoiler="Personality"]Raionhāto is a very kind person, and won't hesitate to help others out at his own cost. He is not a complete fool though, and won't do completely ridiculous requests. However, if a person was hungry, he wouldn't think twice about giving him his own food. He isn't very stoic or tough like some people though, and he values his friends dearly, and if something bad happens, he'll grieve or suffer, although he holds his emotions back sometimes when necessary. He is brave, but as said before, he is not a fool - quite the opposite. He knows his chances, and he acts on them. However, for people close to him, he will ignore this to attempt to protect them if needed. He is easy to make friends with, and there isn't really any negativity about him, and his love of dragons shines through easily into his personality, and he treats everyone with respect, and wyverns with care. He believes this entire hatred against the two races is reasonable, but unneeded anymore. Both sides have suffered, and he believes they should try to make up. Also, more than anything, he wants to see the shining dragons of old. He loves Reiki, his Wyvern, but it was and remains his dream to connect with the legends of the past. Sometimes, he might seem foolish at times, because he takes daredevil stunts, as well as jokes around, but his general personality overwhelms any slight negatives this may have. In addition, Raionhāto is a bit of a voyeur, and enjoys making some crude jokes at times, as well as peering places. He has been slapped enough times to lose count, but he doesn't really mind. In fighting, his competitive spirit bursts into quite literal flames as he enjoys the battle - not in a sadistic way, but more of a competitive sort. He hates losing, but will not stoop to cheating or dirty tricks, and maintains fighting with honor, including helping the opponent back up if they go down before brawling again. In a serious fight though that could mean life or death, he will not be so helpful, but he will still refuse to use cheap tricks. All in all, Raionhāto is a friendly and sociable person that absolutely dreams of seeing with dragons as one could've done long before any of the fighting had started.[/spoiler]

[spoiler="Biography"]Raionhāto's past is sort of a sad one, and deep down inside of him, a knot of anguish tears at him, although he had mostly long brightened up again. Ever since he was young, Raionhāto had wanted to see, be, breathe the very air dragons had breathed. All the war in the world could not change that about him. He knew magic of sorts could be done by dragons, and he desperately wanted to be able to accomplish something of that sort. Even more than that though, he wanted to have a dragon he could call a friend and love. Due to that, when he grew to the minimum age required, he had instantly applied for the Wyvern Corps. As he learned to cooperate with his wyvern, Reiki, flying through the air as well as managing combat, he soon grew to be one of the top of the class, his natural ability to link with the wyvern exceedingly helpful. Spending his time with his friends before, Reiki was his partner who joined along now, and Raionhāto was absolutely in heaven, getting to be with a dragon - even if it was only a distant relative. Training harder and more efficiently, learning to connect with Reiki and bond with him to the fullest, he was a great fighter, able to scythe targets on the ground with a long sword. His dream was not yet sated though, and Raionhāto still desperately wants to see the dragons, and he wishes the hate among the two races would fade.

 

However, as he was earning money to learn magic, his father had suddenly died. Knowing of his dreams, his father left him money in his will, but determined to pull this off and show his father he was capable, he continued to earn money until he could finally go to a magic academy. There, he learned magic, and as he learned, his desires and dreams shaped his magic and fueled it to the dragon-like powers he wields today, and actually built his own current weapon with help from the magi and smiths. Learning and training in both factions hard every day, he can use the powerful magic he had attained to great effect as he flies through a field on Reiki. Able to scorch the very earth to ashes with his blasts from long distances, as well as fight in close-quarter combat, Raionhāto grew to be a skilled warrior, and he hopes he impressed his father, which he believes watches over him sometimes. Earning good amounts of jewells, he supports his mother, and they live a good life, although it might not be luxury. Even if he could, he would've turned down the offer unless it was to help people besides him, as he doesn't need that sort of luxury that rulers have, his good life being enough for him.

 

Now, Raionhāto hopes more than ever to see a dragon of the past, going on rides on Reiki, and conversing with them. He doesn't need to capture or kill any of them, nor would he want to. All he wants is to see and meet with them, and shed light on the old legendary species of the past. Ever in his dream, he maintains constant effort in his work and his occupation, excelling in every field of the two factions, hoping one day he might catch sight of a real, live, actual dragon one day…[/spoiler][/spoiler]

[spoiler="Inventory"][spoiler="Weapon"]Dragon's Breath

Dragon's Breath" is Raionhāto's gauntlets that he wears to fight with. These gloves appear just as normal braces around his arms, until he activates his powers, and they unfold into their full form. They are mostly red, with flame patterns around the wrists. They have a white-blue spherical crystal on the back of the hand, outlined by a spell circle, with a red cross over it. Also, a leg bangle is part of the gear, connected to Raionhāto's belt via a chain.

 

[spoiler="Reiki"][hr]Appearance[hr]

Reiki isn't quite the typical wyvern. Looking sort of like a cross between a bird and a wyvern,  Reiki has a tuft or mane of grey fur coming out from its neck. The wyvern in itself is a bit different as well, with more linear wings ending in five thick, black claws, three of which hook in.. The underside of Reiki is mostly different shades of red from dark to lighter red, with black lines that seem almost like cracks following through. Its tail is rather the same as its wings, linear and bulging out slightly at the end with the five claws. If one observed the creature, they could say that the end of the wings and the tail appear to be a massive hand of sorts. It's backside is mostly black with a few patterns of red here and there. Its feet are sort of like massive chicken feet, but without the ridges. Reiki's eyes are a vibrant ice-blue, with two hooked horns curving back before curving back out the front above, with two spikes pushing out from behind the horns into the hair, all of the same black color. Its mouth is hidden, but the division line between the two jaws is actually one of the black lines that goes across the place where its mouth should be. When it opens, it opens in a half-folded diamond shape, with a pink tongue inside.

 

When it gets desperate, Reiki can undergo sort of a limit break, and erupt in flames of white, magenta, purple, and various shades of red. Meanwhile, the underside of Reiki glows vibrantly, the "palms" of its wings and tail glowing, and the "crack" lines glowing and pulsating and spreading arose the body in a "Y" shape. The flames do not harm its rider, but to others, they should be wary, as it is another form of Dragon Fire.

 

[spoiler="Techniques"]As Reiki focuses on long distance fighting, to avoid unnecessary injuries, many of his attacks reflect as such.

 

Hantei (判定 Lit. Judgement): Reflecting on his rider's ability to manipulate the flames of Heaven, it would make sense for his steed to be able to pass judgement. As such, this attack harms only the opponents, and it will strike them with a mighty hammer of fire.

 

Taifū (台風 Lit. Typhoon): Flapping his wings powerfully, Reiki can create a mighty cyclone to destroy his enemies.

 

Chōzetsu Meteo (超絶 メテオ Lit. Transcendence Meteor): The extension of his "Limit Break" of sorts, Reiki lights up in a massive fireball that can burn arrows away before they hit, along with effectively nulling cannonballs impacts significantly. This flame does not harm the rider though. Reiki then rockets towards his enemies like a meteor, smashing into the ground with an earth-breaking power. He then quickly flies back up into the sky, the fading flames protecting him just until he is out of range of opposing weaponry. He can only use this around once per major battle however.[/spoiler][/spoiler][/spoiler]

[spoiler="Equipment"]Rings

They serve to enhance his powers, and many of them are melded together into stronger rings. These grant him more power as well as giving him different powers. These are all entirely melded into the gauntlet as a whole, and cannot be accidentally lost or stolen.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

[spoiler="Movesets"][spoiler="Abilities"]Manipulation of Heavenly Flames

Raionhāto can manipulate the energies of heaven in their true form as a type of fire. Much hotter and stronger than any normal fire that can be made, this type of fire can match dragon fire, which is actually similar to this. However, the fact that it is the fire from Heaven itself grants it some unique powers. Some of the powers include, but are not limited to purifying or destroying darkness, depending on how Raionhāto manipulates the flames. The flames are orange-yellow, and pure-white if it is really concentrated.[/spoiler]

[spoiler="Techniques"]Rekka Shōkyaku (烈火 焼却 Lit. Conflagration Incineration): Lighting up his gloves with a raging fire, Raionhāto thrusts out his palms to blast a stream of fire hundreds of feet long that can incinerate almost anything, hitting a wide area of maybe 50 feet in diameter. This is one of his powerful signature moves, but he cannot use this too often as dragons would be able to, nor is it as powerful.

 

Enjō Atemi (炎上 当て身 Lit. Combustion Blow): Concentrating an unbelievable amount of Heavenly Flames around his hands, Raionhāto lunges at the target, before unleashing massively powerful punches that can hit with the force of a bomb. However, as with Rekka Shōkyaku, he cannot use this very often as dragons would be able to, nor is it as strong as a dragon's would be though.[/spoiler]

[spoiler="Spells"]Inferuno Tatsumaki (インフェルノ 竜巻 Lit. Inferno Tornado): Concentrating on his fire powers, he can conjure up a tornado out of thin air spinning at high speeds around a target or an enemy or to burn through things in a path that Raionhāto can control. He cannot use this too often however, and it is not as strong as a dragon's attack.

 

Sesshu Aigisu (摂取 アイギス Lit. Absorption Aegis): Like how dragons can absorb in their element, Raionhāto can mimic this slightly, and absorb fires to gain strength. Even if they aren't Heavenly Fires, he can take regular fires and change it to a Heavenly Fire after he absorbs it. However, against something like Dragon Fire, although he can block it for a while, this can overload him and knock him out, leaving him defenseless. He can have it so it doesn't absorb, but it still won't last long against Dragon Fire.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

Yeah, the other stuff is fine from what I've read. Well, it's still the same components: shirt, pants, shoes, etc., it just needs to look like it comes from a fantasy setting. I suggest searching around for fantasy character pics to see just what kind of clothes they wear.

1. Granted, they're not the typical breatplates that cover the entire area, just the front, like what Xena dons. However, because I did not specify that, that's probably why it seemed otherwise. Also, I don't know why I used the name Ustengraf (It's originally spelt Ustrengrav), it just sort of came to me. I'll clarify on those breastplates however.
 
2. Yeah, I can detail the dagger and spear. And I didn't know whether we get our own personal Wyvern, or we get our Wyverns from the Wallguard themselves. I went with the benefit of the doubt and thought the latter was more likely. She could probably be the only one that doesn't choose to have her own personal Wyvern, because of the idealism of think that perhaps dragons were not entirely at fault for the Draken-Hume War like everyone else believes, and that she shouldn't own anyone. I'll also touch up on Chakram Tornado, might give it a better name too.
 
3. I try to differ from the real deal, so I will try to make things different. Like how I equipped her with the Ulfberht. She doesn't use Viking Swords, but prior to watching Xena, I watched a documentary about a special type of swords that were made during the Viking Age that were made with a quality of steel not seen until the Industrial Revolution. Because the quality of the steel was so high, only the nobility and chieftans and warlords could wield them. Naturally, seeing as how Zena was of close nobility, I found it deemed nice to equip her with the Ulfberth. It's a nice documentary in my opinion. You can watch it on Netflix, it's called "Secrets of the Viking Sword." But I digress.
 
I'll make these changes tonight. I might disregard the Wvyern Corps and just be a pure Ground Troops. I don't know.
