It can change its level to that of something else to assist in most Xyz summons, and is fully compatible with both Galaxy Queen's Light and Parsec. However, in a Gagaga build, this thing is incredible. Normal summon this, activate Gagagawind SS'ing Girl, overlay for whatever (Big Eye???). OR Normal summon this, make it whatever level, then SS Gagaga Child from your hand, whose level becomes that of Magician. Furthermore, being DARK allows it to summon Fran-Ken, which is just hilarious if you need a really big beatstick fast. A combo I use in my IRL Gagaga deck to summon Fran-Ken is summoner monk, discard spell, summon Magician, Resonance Device them both to level 8. Overall, this card is awesome. Let's not and go into Number 66 instead. :/ He's just mainly used for being a Normal Summon-able high-Level monster. His own Deck isn't very good. Sleepy Posted July 25, 2013 Report Share Posted July 25, 2013 In it's own Gagaga deck, he is kind of, the main core. So yes, I think it has uses. Gagaga's have their own Monster Reborn too. One of it's probably worst uses is using it for easier Sorcerer of Dark Magic, but it's still fun, and would be legit in a more slow and Trap-heavy format. Machu Mech and Gagaga Girl = OTK. That's what the deck is about half the time. On it's own? It's a pretty decent card. Not as broken as one would think on paper when released because high-rank decks usually have enough potential to not need a +0 high Level that might not have as much synergy. Have random monster > Summon Gagaga and make it 7 > E-Teleport Risebell and make Gagaga 10 > Galaxy Queen's Light > GALAXY DESTROYA!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You are not thinking big enough. Why use that to make Destroyer, when you can make Heart-eartH Dragon? Yeah, it's wierd about how little it's level altering potential actually gets used. newhat Posted July 25, 2013 Report Share Posted July 25, 2013 The main draw of Gagaga.dek is that monsters like Gorz, Trifortresstops and Chaos Sorcerer have multiple uses because of the easy Level manipulation. Also, matching two Gagagas together gives you a huge and unpredictable toolbox to abuse. The drawback is more "meta": You don't need that toolbox. You don't need those monsters to be Material. A Deck that makes exclusively Rank 5, Rank 6 or Rank 7 monsters can already deal with basically anything because of how powerful those Xyzes are. Between him and Gagagagirl, there is nothing that the deck CAN'T do. Especially if you go teh Rank 5 route, and use Gagaga Girl to drop a monster to 0 then use Chronomaly Machu mech...so fun watching them cringe as I pull out a 4K plus beater out of thin air. And just like Newhat said, Gorz, Chaos Sorceror and the like all have double uses, giving even more options for the deck. It just become more versatile in that sense.
