Sixty
Young Pyromancer doesn't seem particularly suited for the deck, as you only have 7 cards to get value from him. I'd probably take them out for the Firefist Strikers if you need them.
Mystery Agent
I would drop the Young Pyromancers for 3 Pillars of Flame. Particularly effective against Voice of Resurgence, a card that gives many problems for this deck.
Flame Dragon
Agree with cutting the Young Pyromancer. To few cards trigger them. Replacing them with Pillars of Flame seems smart. I'm not a HUGE fan of Rakdos Cackler so cut those for Firefist Striker.
Sixty
Rakdos Cackler's a staple in RDW simply for being a 2/2 for one. Although I guess Mutavault also fulfills that purpose so maybe it'd be a good cut.
