Tophat Tiger
So I was looking through accepted applications, and read yours AFTER I made mine and noticed an awkward similarity between our weapons. Wanna just work that in to the lore or should I change. I don't know. It can be worked out in the lore, but I don't see a very big issue. Desert Eagles are not exactly that rare... But, sure, we could connect your character to my character's late father.

Hass Mac
I have a Medic pack, I really should make a list of what is inside it. When a character uses something, I take it off of my list unless we stop by a store or something.
Final Fantasy Revolution
Age: 43 Gender: Male Affiliation: God's Hand Appearance: Nikolai is a bulky, 6'0 tall man, with a short, spiked dark brown hair and dark brown eyes. He has a very deep gaze, which matches his stern and unshaven face, giving him a perpetually angry look. He usually wears a white suit with a black multi-purpose belt, contrasting with a large brown backpack. Personality: Is mostly calm and collected, given to answer questions with very short sentences or a simple stare, but turns more talkative when planning strategies, of which he is a fan of. Being a man given to shoot first and ask later, most of his plans are underestimated, but are more known to work than to fail. Biography: Nikolai was born in Destiny City, born of a working mother and militant father. As most kids, he admired and idolized his father, aspiring to become a God's Hand just like him, and even work as a father-son team. But, as he started reaching the necessary age to join, his father "fucked up" an important mission by killing the wrong targets, which ended with the death of a dozen militants and himself, disgracing his name. His mother, filled with grief and turner a pariah in the community, shot herself with his father's gun. Nikolai worked to reach a high position inside the militia, determined in clearing his name and be known as the best agent in existence. Equipment: - Disaster Piece, his father's modified .50 Desert Eagle, whom it is believed to carry a curse of bad luck. It holds a larger amount of ammo, 12 bullets. It is golden coloured, and engraved with a clover. It is stored on the left holster of his belt. - Unforgiven Fault, his own weapon, an also modified Peacemaker (Colt .45/SAA), with larger barrels, each one holding 2 bullets, also totalling 12. It is silvered coloured, and engraved with a burning clover on top of a drop of blood. It is stored on the right holster of his belt. - Nick also has a sword stored on a sheathe on his back, from when it is necessary melee. - His belt and backpack keeps a good amount of food and ammunition, just as grenades and some pick locks. He also keeps the parts of a sniper for a moderately easy assemble. - A bulletproof vest "hidden" inside his suit, although it stick out. Skills: - Nikolai was trained in battle since all his life, having much strength, being able to wield big weapons, such as swords or shotguns with ease and/or with a single hand. - Expert in Marksmanship in all forms of weapons, specialized in handguns. - Adept Strategist and Inquisitor. Edit: No need to request a spot if my Application is already done.
Seeing as there is only one God's Hand right now, I suppose I'll be a bad guy.
Name: Freed Michaelis Age: 30 Gender: Male Affiliation: God's Hand
Freed would have looked pretty ordinary as he doesn't have a visibly bulky or particularly thin frame, weighing 165 lbs, and he is of average height at 5'10", if not for the countless scars that marred his lightly toned body forming almost like an abstract canvas on his skin with spiderwebbing lines from sword and knife wounds and blotches from various gun wounds. His skin tone is on the lighter side for an Caucasian/Asian and thus his scars are rather visible. Freed has strong, angular, almost lupine features and thin eyes from his Asian lineage. His eyes are dark, dark brown that would be typical of Asians, but they retain a slight reddish-orangish tint that can be quite sinister under some lighting conditions. His long straight hair is completely black and frame his face, reaching his shoulders and collarbone, he takes no effort to comb it and so it simply falls wherever, his bangs converge and fall down the center of his face, missing his eyes and tilting to the side at this nose. Freed's typical attire, used both inside and outside work, is a heavy black leather trench coat that reaches halfway down his shin. It has a thin layer of Kevlar within, allowing for some minor protection. He wears slim, but loose pants that do not hinder his movement at all as the fabric is very thin and very light, and he wears black leather titanium-toed boots that reach his knees, it has a very light titanium cover over his shins.

Freed is a sadistic bastard, taking enjoyment in his work, inspiring fear in others and slaughtering his opponents in the most gruesome ways, though he is quite impatient and tires quickly, so fortunately for his foes, he doesn't go out of his way to draw out pain, simply going for a quick, satisfying bloodbath and mutilating the enemy. He is highly egoistic, taking great pride in his position as one of the God Hand's special personnel, and is thus rather rude and condescending in his speech, even everyday amongst colleagues and even daring to speak like so to those of higher rank than him as his position is quite secure. While it appears as though he has no scruples or mercy, he does hesitate ever so slightly when killing children and doesn't shred them up, simply ending them with a quick bullet or slitting their throat. Despite his crazy exterior, Freed does posses a great degree of cunning which makes him all the more dangerous of an opponent and he is able to understand strategies and tactics, though he is unable to create them himself, except tactics involving him and him alone.

Freed's mother was Japanese, she was a military test subject due to her genetic trait of having powerful cell regenerative ability while Freed's father was European, he was one of the military's highest ranking scientists and was in charge of the business around Freed's mother and creating performance-enhancing drugs to test with her. Freed was conceived from rape when Freed's father, seeing that they could not clone the woman, decided to see if he could create another subject himself. It evidently worked as Freed was born with his mother's regenerative traits and thus became another subject for the military's experiments. Freed and his mother lived a torturous life full of fear, constantly racking with pain from the drugs' side effects or tests on their regenerative ability and constantly having to suffer the pain again when the side effects wore off or when they healed, sharing the same experiences and suffering, he and his mother formed a tight, speechless bond. But, it was one day, when Freed was seventeen years old, which Freed's mother finally gave out and died from her body being unable to withstand the stress of a high-performance drug which removed the brain's inhibitors. Seeing this, Freed went berserk and having taken a smaller dose of the same drug, Freed's strength overwhelmed the scientists. He was able to escape even after fighting off security and God's Hand with what should be mortal wounds but they were not for him. Freed took to the streets where he was hunted day and night. He was taken in by a disorganised band of teenagers, a gang similar in motives to today's Death's Hand though comprising entirely of youth, who wanted to break through the social constraints and live freely. This was perhaps the highlight of Freed's life. With his new-found comrades, he caused havoc in the city, defacing government property and doing pranks on the populace. It was harmless at first, but the group seeing their freedom, got serious and became a real threat to order. The gang became terrorists and they enjoyed their notoriety as well as their power. Perhaps sometimes they went to far and even bullied the civilians and Freed was caught up in the middle of this darkness, he began to lead the group down a dark path, taking out all the pain and suffering of his life on the city. However, not all agreed with his methods and the group was divided into two. One group was lead by Freed while the other was lead by his best friend. God's Hand decided to move in. Freed's group was captured and during this process Freed again suffered grievous wounds, but nothing permanent. They was taken back to the God's Hand Headquarters and brutally punished but they were then given the chance to be forgiven and avoid more pain if they hunted down the rest of the group. They were given arms and sent out to massacre their former comrades. Freed decided that the other group was not his responsibility, he was however, responsible for his own underlings. Their lives depended on the success of this mission and to protect his comrades, he hunted in earnest, driving himself deeper into depravity. Both sides were fighting for their lives, but Freed's group was more desperate, driven by indescribable fear of torture and the other group was hesitant on taking up arms against their former friends, so they were easily mowed down. Upon killing his best friend who lead the other group, Freed snapped and mentally broke down, he forgot everything of friendship, trust and moral values and became the beast he is today. Impressed, God's Hand, who were intending on going back on their word and executing the group anyway in secret, made the group into a special division of God's Hand under Freed. They were properly trained and formed the black ops and assassination division ironically called Freedom.

Equipment: Black leather gloves with incredibly sharp 3 inch-long tungsten claws able to shear through metal. Two fully automatic handguns with pretty much obsolete silencers. Five syringes of Exceed DCLXVI hanging from his belt, a self-destructive and addictive drug that allows for a ten minute burst of uninhibited strength and speed, pulling on the body's natural forbidden reserves and pushing past human limits. Only usable because of Freed's regenerative ability. He is only able to use 3 in a row before needing to go into rehabilitation inside of a laboratory tank to regrow his destroyed muscles and stave off the addiction. Two syringes of Bloodhound III, a slightly destructive drug that makes his sense of smell twice as acute as a bloodhound. Also slightly improves eyesight. Leather trench coat with Kevlar. He may ditch this for extra speed. Light leather boots with removable titanium plates Skills: Regeneration, nothing dramatic, but he is able to get up after getting shot after a few minutes (though it's not healed), and he is able to fully recover from any non-fatal and non-dismembering wound. Extreme speed and agility, natural talent plays a role in this, further increased with drugs. Very high endurance, he keeps fit with military training, further pushed with drugs. Slightly above average strength, military training builds muscle very well, he becomes superhuman with drugs Very good reflexes and instincts, makes him very tricky in close combat, both training and talent plays a role in this Insane pain tolerance, after being tortured all his life, he isn't afraid of a little pain. Hand-to-hand combat adept, his usual way of fighting, his style is a combination of street fighting skills and God's Hand training Average marksman ability, came with training, though this doesn't really matter with fully automatic handguns. Stealth adept, being part of an assassination corps, this was essential. He makes great use of this to inspire fear in his targets.

The Freedom division is a black ops corps consisting of twelve men, excluding Freed, all originally from Freed's original band. They are well-trained in combat and stealth, many specializing in different areas, and used for covert operation. What makes them special is their desperation and utter lack of fear or regard for their lives and complete lack of morals or fair play.

Age: 56 Gender: Male Affiliation: God's Hand; Leader and Ruler of Destiny City
A slim, six foot tall gliding tower of pale. Often seen in light-colored suits, Damian stands tall where ever he goes as someone of his power does not bother with looking at the ground. A full head of always-groomed, almost-white hair covers his hair and never seems to get one piece out of place. Almost as if it's scared to.

Mendachi knows what he's capable and makes sure you know it, too (not like you could forget, any form of media from posters to television has his name somewhere on it).If it means feinting compassion or all-out brutality, he gets what he wants from anyone. Damian almost seems to be overflowing with charisma and can seemingly read your mind and supply your desires.

Born into wealth, Damian Mendachi was the first child of a political figurehead to change his chosen fate since Destiny City's rise. At a young age, Mendachi was always told he'd be corporate leader, but he had other plans. When the former president of Destiny City passed away, Damian convinced the next in line to give him the position instead and under his command, Destiny City saw a large increase in productivity, but a more-than-marginal decrease in patriotism. But its no concern to him; Damian's been through plenty of trials and tribulations to get to where he is and all of them have made him a stronger person and the silly little rebellion rumored around the streets are no concern to him.

A .50 desert eagle always at his side. Telecommunications across all forms (private and government) (Cellphone, 2-way radio, video call, even a Morse code system for all government buildings) oh, and like an army or something, I don't know

Ridiculous amounts of charisma and charm. Knowledge of how to use lost technologies. Adept sneak Master marksman Master Strategist

Just as a general note, all of your characters should have the chance to recognize mine if we ever meet on the battlefield or something. Pretty much any God Hand member that was around when my character was within God Hand

Tophat Tiger
Indeed, although they believe him to be dead.No problems. In the very likely event that we discover that you are alive, we will try to correct our mistaken assumption, and make sure that you stay dead. That will be my case, at least.
