宇佐見 蓮子@C94
1. All leaderboard rules are to be followed, obv 2. First to 3, or whoever has the most votes after 3 days of the cards posted wins. 3. No written cards, please. 4. Votes must have a reason/valid. Otherwise I wont count it and I'll shoot your face with a Desert Eagle. 5. Winner gets a point in the leaderboard and a like from the loser. Points are also welcome~ 6. For the first time in a Toyo 1v1, this will use the Card A and B system. (until I decide to shatter my anonymity, which will happen soon enough)

Make a Rank 9.

During either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 2 monsters on the field; the first monster's Level becomes the same Level as the second monster OR the first monster's ATK becomes the same as the second target's ATK, then, you can negate their effects until the End Phase. The effect of "Libra the Walking Temple" can only be activated once per turn.

2 Level 9 monsters When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can reveal 1 card in your hand; this turn, monsters you control with an ATK equal to or less than the revealed card cannot be destroyed by an opponent's card. (either by battle or by card effect) You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; return 1 card on the field to the bottom of it's owner's deck. Aix
Not exactly interested in yaoi, but I'll take you on. We're allowed in multiple Leaderboards, right? Cuz I see Ambrosia is in two.

Zextra
Yeah, you can be in two as log as you're 2 wins or more behind 3rd place - in this case meaning if you have 0 wins :p

宇佐見 蓮子@C94
It's been 12 hours and nobody voted. Plainly, this is ridiculous. Time to bump.
Sander
Both cards are good, but I guess I'd have to go with Card B in this one. Even though its last effect isn't once per turn, it's understandable given how it's a Rank 9 that most likely will not survive long enough to last till your next turn, as it doesn't have any real protection other than during the turn when it's Summoned. Card A is good too, but I feel like it's a little bit on the broken side (taking Card B as an example, so don't go taking this as fact). It disturbs possible Xyz plays with the first effect, and can stop any possible effects that your opponent might want to activate etc. etc. tl;dr: Vote goes for Card B. EDIT: Advertisement ayoooo' http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/304275-leaderboard-zanda-panda-vs-plainview-cards-up/ vote4vote? xD

Zazubat
Good job editing out your name, cause you know, the set-id totaly doesn't reveal it or anything... Card A: It's powerful, though at the same time, it does require 2 monsters to be on the field, so it's a bit situational, and requires some thinking beforehand. It's stats are good and it's LIGHT makes it nice for Honest stuff and Rock means you have some protection options, which I like. Card B: It feels kinda cheap. The no OPT no target thing kinda annoys me. I know that Rank 9s arn't that easy to make, but that doesn't mean they should be totaly unbalanced either, as you are bringing out a very powerful card at the same time. DARK above 2500, so gotta mention EEV, Machine is alright, can dish out damage with Limiter, and since it cannot be destroyed, that makes it pretty good for that. My vote goes to Card A, I dislike the no OPT clause on B, as it both is very powerful, and it also means you can get back some of your Spells/Traps/Monsters you might want to re-activate or re-summon. 宇佐見 蓮子@C94
Er... Card B is mostly a +1 and it'll get destroyed next turn anyways, but I digress. 1 all. Thanks for voting!
Therrion
I love the way Card A goes about negating monster effects, setting up Xyz Summons, and can make another one of your monsters into a 3k beater for a turn. This hits somewhat near what Rank 9's should in my eyes. Card B is a straight up Gauntlet Warrior, but for any card, and doesn't just destroy. I don't see the flavor in a Titan using Miyabi, but whatever. Maybe if it was destroy I could justify it in terms of "Gauntlet Warrior does near this", but as is, returning 2 to the bottom of the Deck is not something I would want to see happen to 2 cards instantly upon Summon (Yes, I hate Madolche/Fire Fist/Chidori Xyz Monsters). My vote is for Card A.
