Card A:

It's interesting. Most decks that are Rank 4 are mostly 1 Attribute decks, but it could very well work, and since it's only the ATK gain, it ain't really that much of a problem. 2400 does however seem pretty high for that monster with that effect, mostly the WATER one, which can become powerful if used right.

Card B:
I find the design on this card kinda bad. Not being able to use that Spell Card just because you happen to reveal it? Having everything negated for what is gonna be the most common? It does only work on the things currently face-up, so I suppose it's alright, and they do get a chance to still use it in MP2. Trap for destroy I suppose is alright, its simple for what it does, and flavorful because its Trap. Nothing wrong since it doens't do anything else. It does have low stats, so it might not even really be worth testing your luck for these effects.

It's hard to say, since 1 is more luck based but powerful, but the other can become harder to use, but it is also powerful when used. I'm gonna have to go with Card A though, it plays better, but also needs something where it can be easily played in.
