Zazubat
I'm starting to see this less and less. Is it falling out? I suppose there's no reason to use it, since all Decks have their own version of it, or at least some other way to get stuff out of the Graveyard. Anywhere where it's actually still legit good? Continuous Trap Card (like you didn't know that, but whatever) Activate this card by targeting 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-up Attack Position. When this card leaves the field, destroy that target. When that target is destroyed, destroy this card.
Lonk
I still love this card. This along with Monk are my favorite decks in any deck since, ever. Unfortunately, people like to go for the backrow nowadays, which ruins its fun.
Althemia
It's bad because it's too slow and the targets won't always matter enough to win you the game, then there's far too many ways to outplay it seeing as how there's alternate ways of avoiding the Graveyard sending now (Banishing, spinning, stealing, etc)
Aix
It's not completely spashable, but certainly usable in some Decks.

Sora1499
It's good in 8-axis fire fists, inzektors, and agents. It's a good card overall, but it's not crazy broken, and our meta is crazy broken, therefore it's overlooked. It does have its moments of brilliance though. Lonk
anyone remember the time when this was banned?
Sleepy
I remember when this was legitly banned and Monster Reborn wasn't. It was essentially a Quick-play Monster Reborn. Completely chainable. If Heavy'd or MST'd, you could bring Phoenix to trigger it, or Sangan, or Jinzo (that would stay anyways). Nowadays, Monster Reborn is surprisingly more reliable. You pick any Graveyard and any position, and it doesn't have to stay a turn face-down. That last line is probably the decisive factor. In nowadays' game, you need immediate responses to get back on the game, and can't afford to main many plays that need setup. In theory the game SHOULD give the opportinity, but it's being fast enough that this is not used much. I still personally think it's a pretty good and solid card on itself. Mr. guy
It's good in scraps and mecha phantom beasts where the monster will stay even if call gets destroyed (provided you have a token). It's pretty solid. It will see more play once this format stops being really stupid.
Toffee.
anyone remember the time when this was banned?Pretty sure we still had Brionac around at that time. It's good in scraps-Cuz you can revive Tuners to make Scrap Dragon, and use the leftover Call as fodder for Dragon's effect.ORAfter you Chimera into Dragon, use This to revive Beast and proceed to recycle your Chimera. evilfusion
I still run it in almost all my Decks. It's very good in Decks that send bigger monsters to the Graveyard from the hand, like Galaxy-Eyes, etc, or Decks that want to swarm mid-game, like Heraldics or Gogogo (Ghost). Heraldics also get Leo's effect even if Call will be destroyed.
Eury
I use it in Galaxies. That's about it really. Never really found the need to fit it anywhere else tbh.
Lonk
Pretty sure we still had Brionac around at that time. We also had Trunade. However, the funny part comes when you realize that this was @3 and Brio was still around for another 3 formats.
Wildflame
Frankly, I only use this in decks that have cards that can abuse it in some way (Mist Valley Falcon, Zephyros, Sacred Crane, Fire Kings, Darklord Superbia, Trooper, T.G.s, MPBs, Stratos, etc). In other decks, it's usually a personal tech.
AnarchyAbby
I still think Call is useful. The good decks right now don't have a use for it, but there are decks that can connect Call with floaters to gain advantage off of it, so I think it's still usable.
