Thomas★Zero
After seeing Zexal episode 111 it sorta inspired me to make this... Number Z39: Utopia Ray Zexal Rank 4 Light Warrior/Xyz/Effect 5 Level 4 Light monsters This card can also be Xyz summoned by placing this card on top of a "Number 39: Utopia" you control as a Xyz material while your opponent has more life points than you and you have 2000 life points or less (Xyz material attached to that monster are also treated as Xyz materials.) When a monster declares an attack: you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card; negate that attack. While you have "Number 39: Utopia" attached to this card as an Xyz material this card gains the following effect; * Detach all Xyz materials from this card: return every other card on the field to the owners hand; increase this cards ATK by 100 for each card returned this way, your opponent cannot activate card effects in response to this cards effect, if you use this effect you cannot activate, summon or set any other cards this turn, you can only activate this effect of "Number Z39: Utopia Ray Zexal" once per duel. ATK/2500 DEF/2000
Zazubat
Well, you want a card that can OTK? Here it is. I just don't get this design, not only does it gain more ATK, but it also makes a clean Field for you. It's not all that card to actually get less than 2000 anyway. I would consider not designing cards around building OTKs, so next time, don't do that. Oh, and since it can't die by battle, you can just wait until you got more ZW cards to kill them

Why do you think it can't die in battle in general when it only has the same effect as original Utopia of negating attacks where that can be countered by card effects. Also it this card requires you to have 2000 life points or less and for your opponent to have more life points than you for the easier way to summon it, plus it only gains 100 ATK for each returned card which at max on a full field would be 2000 where in a general basis would be around in a general basis say around 300 - 800 depending on things where all the cards are only returned to the hand, it would only OTK if you have suitable number of Zexal weapons to equip to it since its effect also bounces your field besides itself as well. If you have 2000 or below, you already have enough for Eagle Claw, and making Leo is pretty damn easy to make. That brings it up to 7500. Now, if you have other equips, you can use those as well. Also, you can equip some of your ZW to the monster can boost it so it has a bit more, which might even bring it up to 8000 for that OTK.

Are you thinking the summoning effect is when your life points are at a 2000 difference or when you have only 2000 life points or less left? Because its when your life points are 2000 or less and your opponent as more than you meaning this comes out at late game if you have "Number 39: Utopia" (yeah I can see Eagle claw working if your opponent has 4000 or more life.) plus you got to keep in mind that you would have to set up lion arms after Zexal use's its effect. What's the problem with that? You arn't missing anything by not setting up Leo afterwards. Also, it's really easy to get below 2000, if you run cards like Hope for Escape and Instant Fusion. Also, Upstart Goblin makes sure you will always have more than your opponent, and if you can do it, Wall of Revealing Light works as well. It ain't hard, and that's the problem. I don't think you have played ZW, otherwise you would know what I'm talking about.

IC for Leo arms and I understand if using Wall if possible to pay for Zexal though stuff like Hope for escape and Instant Fusion only pay 1000 if your not using wall... Best I can think of for changes is after the effect used you cannot activate or summon or set any other cards that turn plus it acts as a once per duel effect. I still am not really a fan of the fact that you put everything back without them being able to react at all. It makes your opening clear, plus gives you back cards you might want in your hand as well. It is bad design, and I simple don't think it should exist. Sander
kindgom, if you can't understand why this card is just bad design and would make people design OTK decks around it, then you should just stop designing cards. Really. All this card does is allow decks that revolve around this just to OTK to exist. And the means to do so already exist. Hell, the 2000 or below margin makes me already think how I could use "A Hero Lives" in the deck ffs, considering that " Hero Lives" halves your LP and gives you material for Summoning Utopia. tl;dr: Get better at ard balancing and design or stop posting all together.
