Written cards are allowed

The condition is to make a card based on a mythological creature or figure that hasn't already been used in Yu-Gi-Oh! (Really, just search and see on the wiki, not that difficult).

Card A:

This card's type also counts as Beast. Once per turn you may discard one card from your hand to target one monster on the field and remove both this card and the targeted monster from play. During the end phase both cards return to the field in the same battle position.

Card B:

1 tuner + 1 or more non-tuner monsters
Once per turn: You can discard 1 card; return 1 card on the field to its owner's hand, and if you do: Send 1 Plant-type monster from your deck to the Graveyard.

Card A is rather useless. Being able to banish on a whim is nice for Generation Fish, I guess, but they have better and faster options. The fact that they both return during the End Phase is lackluster, and the fact that it is an ignition effect impairs it beyond playability.

Card B, however, has a great amount of uses. The OCG is terrible but that hardly matters. You can turn any card in your hand into a SS1 Compulsory/Plant-Type Foolish, which really helps the Type, and also provides another Extra Deck monster for the Type (There aren't many Plant extra deck monsters).

Vote is for Card B.

Forget how exactly Quasar Decks play, but Card B seriously worries me because it's perfect for Quasar, it's a Level 5 and it allows for that Dandylion or Spore play. Hippocampi is plain unplayable though, so vote to Card B.

Well, the most common Quasar decks nowadays are Lavals and Synchrons, but the Synchrons can use the plant engine, which makes Card B usable there. And the Compulse is pretty nice, albeit a bit worrying. Nevertheless, Card A is outclassed by many things, and doesn't even have a SS condition to help it, which makes it painfully slow and unreliable. In fact, if you really need that sort of effect, even Different Dimension Gate is a better alternative.

So with that said, vote to Card B.

OCG ftw.

You were being spiteful in status updates, so I decided to enlighten you. If not 100% correct, better then yours.
