VictorSempra
Yes indeedy But, I'd be doing what I loved and I wouldn't mind However, if by some insane miracle that I become the greatest Let's Player ever and make enough money off of it, I'd be content with doing that and like a web comic in my spare time I'm kinda in the same boat as Magenta here, only I'm not artistically inclined. The most artsy I've been lately is coming up with blueprints for various inventions, which I don't have the money to actually build and reap rewards off of. And yeah, miracle LP ability and all, would love to make money that way. >3>

Considering I know very little about repairing computers but I built my own gaming rig, you and I should talk.
L0SS
Kind of hoping to go into acting, although it's obviously very difficult to earn a decent living from it, unless you happen to become some huge film/TV star. Regardless, it's something I'm passionate about, so I'm going to give it a shot. I've done some paid theatre work, and a couple of other things. I'm currently studying at my school's Sixth Form, so yeah...

TTR~
When does compassion begin to falter? I've always seen art as an escape, it's my way of disregarding everything else that's going on and losing myself in the canvas, time no longer matters, literally nothing else matters. Working on a deadline is something I've never done before when it comes to this thing that I love, I've never needed to. I sure as hell have never done anything because someone else ordered me to. Art is about the expression of ones self, and when it isn't, it's no longer art. That is a good point. I've always enjoyed doing my art at my own pace, but that would usually result in something of mine being finished months later. As long as the deadlines aren't too tight like Shonen Jump's, I'm sure I'd be fine
Not-so-Radiant Arin
At the moment, I'm just bussing tables at my job, and in my off time work on music (that can be used both commercially and non-commercially) and mess around with Sword Girls. And ironically enough, browse the end of the Internet universe (a.k.a this hellhole).
Tormented
It'll be the best four years of your life. I hated school, I still hate school, I will always hate school. Oh and I have a job. QQ Product Manager actually. And it's awesome. And for those who are like "I might get a job at blargblargh" Good luck with the current economical situation. Thar
Currently a cashier/bagger at a grocery store. Getting about 20 hours a week with roughly 30 hours of college a week. Mechanical engineering is my focus right now. Granted the economy is sh*t, I'm told there are never enough engineering jobs out there. Though if I don't see any future in it, I might start working on 3D modeling and programming to get into game design.

Thar
You would have to teach me about 3D modeling when it occurs, if it does. I'm pretty proficient in the basics of it in the engineering program I'm in. Ever heard of Inventor?

L0SS
You've probably heard this already, but enjoy high school while it lasts. It'll be the best four years of your life. I don't think this is true. And even if it is, I don't think it's right for you to dictate where the beast years of your life lay. The best years of your life are the ones that you get the most out of. That could be a retired person at 70, or it could be a 10 year old child. The point is, nothing is set in stone, and you can choose to go out and have a great time, regardless of your age or situation. Besides, High School, at least where I come from, is full of frustrated young people dying to get out and do something worthwhile.

-Spider
I play guitar, the best instrument. Debatable. You can have a bad guitarist/singer and get away with it. You cannot have a bad drummer or bassist otherwise nothing comes together and works. I disagree. Anyway. In 5 years time I'll probably be teaching martial arts and try to run a small online sports clothing business. I hope I won't have to live like a hobo for too long though. Sixty
I used to have a job working for the high school I was attending, but since graduating, I've been unemployed. I want to take up art as a career path, since it seems like an eye for detail has applications virtually everywhere. In the meantime, I'm a broke-as-hell college student who paints every so often. Squirrel Girl
Before I get a job, I would probably graduate High School (at age 20) and that's not cause I am not inteligent, but cause I am not going to school often. After I graduate I would probably work with radio. Either as a journalist or producer. My second career choice is newspaper journalist or TV journalist. I've been told (I don't know by experience) that a minor in communications will do a lot for journalism and the like. My good friend wants to be a news reporter, so that's the only reason I know this. But journalism is pretty cool as long as you don't become one of those terrorist types.
