In terms of a job or career.  And where are you planning to take yourself in the next five years?  If you want to discuss pay that's fine too.

I'm a life licensed financial services adviser with Primerica.  I'm currently on course to get my securities license for investments and annuities.  How bout you?

I guess I'd be a freelance graphic designer since I have taken a few requests here and there. I've made money off some of my web design work, the majority of it all being practice.

Not really looking to make it an official thing as of yet since I'm still unsure as to what my career path is.

I'm a street performer. ._.

But I plan on studying psychology and taking up a job in that field. Thankfully, it shouldn't be too difficult, since my parents are psychologists as well.

That's pretty ballsy.  Sounds fun though, being a street performer.  Do you dance, put on a magic show (and make people's wallets disappear) or what?

I graduated another vocational school this year (last month to be exact). Studied furniture restoration, but I don't really know if I'm actually going to find a job in that field, as I'm feeling that carpentry might be a more suitable field of work for me.

Right now I'm bussing tables and last month I was a teaching assistant for a preschool class for about 3 weeks. I'm glad I did the latter since it taught me a bit about disciplining kids, though I don't think I'm ever gonna be a teacher.

Still not sure what I want to do, but it'll probably be something in communications and/or writing.

Currently a student.

Hoping to get a job at an ice cream place while in school

Long term I want to be the author and artist of comic books

I heard being a comic book artist is tough shit too.  The deadlines are really tight.

I'm still looking for a job, regrettably. And my plans for the future are few and far between.

... I need to get this sorted out.

Start with what you enjoy doing (besides playing video games, though it is an option) and branch off.  Try to find a field that fits your personality and preferences.

I'm currently on summer break after my first year of college at Rose-Hulman, so right now my summer job is just bussing tables at the Rainforest Cafe in the Opry Mills Mall (which is pretty good pay, too, cuz dem tips).

Once I actually graduate from Rose-Hulman that pretty much guarantees you a job in the engineering field (specifically I'm going into robotics), and some of my friends are already looking at a 6 figure salary for the jobs they're going into, so I also have high hopes.

Yes indeedy

But, I'd be doing what I loved and I wouldn't mind

However, if by some insane miracle that I become the greatest Let's Player ever and make enough money off of it, I'd be content with doing that and like a web comic in my spare time

Currently just a student. Might get a job at Gamestop once I can to have some extra money, but that won't really lead anywhere. :<

Since I'm pretty much most likely going to end up as stay-at-home once I'm with Black, I'm trying to find something I can do from home. I'm trying to pick up coding and stuff, but... it's hard. x-x

When does compassion begin to falter?

I've always seen art as an escape, it's my way of disregarding everything else that's going on and losing myself in the canvas, time no longer matters, literally nothing else matters.

Working on a deadline is something I've never done before when it comes to this thing that I love, I've never needed to. I sure as hell have never done anything because someone else ordered me to.

Art is about the expression of ones self, and when it isn't, it's no longer art.
