Either both of them would get sucked in and it's a draw, or Cell's strength surpasses the gravity of the Dark Hole and he escapes, leaving Yugi to fall into his own spell.

Dark Hole wont work on atem. I could prove it if need be. Also, Cell might be a planet crusher but there's no way he's a galaxy crusher which a black/dark hole is. At most he'd be crushed infinitely and would never even be able to regenerate due to the gravity.

I still doubt that Yami Yugi could WIN, but it's not entirely fair to say that he'd do absolutely nothing.

 

Technically, according to Piccolo, Vegeta's Final Flash would've completely destroyed Cell for good had he not aimed it upward at the last moment. He had to, because even if he had destroyed Cell with that attack, he would've also blown up the Earth in the process.

 

And that was Perfect Cell. In his first form Cell wouldn't be so cocky.

They dont have to scratch him though. They just have to cock block him long enough for Yami to use his powerful spells and Yami's best cock blocker is none other then Kuriboh combined with mutiply.

Obviously Yugi wouldn't have a high power level so Cell wouldn't regard him as a threat until they actually battle

This thread is a joke. Card games are simulated in the Yugioh anime (and manga), so Yugi can't possibly be easier for Cell to grab and consume his entire body to become even stronger.
