As a Pokemon card maker myself I can say it's pretty good, maybe you should categorize them in spoilers so that it would take less scrolling around. Some pictures are rather blurry which is odd because some are actually good, I suggest you not use the pictures from anime and focus on art such as ones on deviantART. The evolution with exp counters idea is great but I've seen it around, it would be interesting if you came up with something more for some other Pokemon (though I love how some Pokemon get counters in different ways, that's always original). Overall, pretty good.
