The Winged Dragon of Ra and The Seal of Orichalcos were nerfed so much that in the former's case, no-one really uses him, and in the latter's case, of those that can actually use it, no-one really needs to use it. They would maybe still have some of their original dignity if they were just kept as-is and insta-banned upon release. The same thing could be said here. I know functionally, what with the whole 'this card cannot be use in a Duel' business, but why would making it forbidden make it any better? I doubt that they would change their minds after a year and say 'y'know what, this card we printed specifically to be banned should now be legal'. Egyptian Gods, Orichalcos (not only the seal), the GX sacred beasts (which had a self-revival effect), and card of Sanctity. Otherwise 3 cards would seem fine to me. 2 is situational and 5 is OMG. If a card is Illegal, it cannot be used in any officially sanctioned tournament, whereas Banned cards can be used in the aforementioned Traditional Format Tournaments. Just because some cards do it better because this current meta supports those card to an extreme doesn't mean you should release dumb cards like this just because they arn't as good as others because they lack being a Spell Card.
