Of course, the brief wasn't to create the most creative tag possible, and this is very well made. I like the central aspect, and the simplistic, complimentary use of colour. But this didn't quite invoke that sense of Nostalgia that some of the others did. Having said that, it was a worthy winner, nonetheless. The use of a render facing away from us was quite clever; as it opened up the background more, whilst still keeping the render focal. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tormented Posted June 26, 2013 Author Report Share Posted June 26, 2013 I feel the only one that had nostalgic colors was Catman's, other than that I think the others were based on something that had an impact on their childhood, for example the Pokemon in yours etc. But thank you, I didn't want to add fancy effects and ruin the piece, so having something simple that represented Links journey was my main goal. ^^ Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
