Zazubat
2nd to the left. The two on the right got too much lighting going on, and the 1 on the left seems a little plain. The 2nd one is fine. Can't say much more, as I'm not a graphics expert sadly.
Aix
Hm,, I'll go with that one, I suppose.
L0SS
I like the far left one the most, as I think the red in the background contrasts nicely with the green and yellow. I think they look pretty swell, actually; soft and pleasing on the eye. Although, you really need Tormey on this for an expert opinion.

I just kept switching between them .-.
Tormented
I don't know what it is, but they all seem to have this weird sense of opacity that really isn't going well with it. Far too much seems to be going on, rather than overcompensating like you would with a sig, do the opposite for an avatar. Make it not necessarily feel empty but more very much focused on whatever you are trying to portray in it. I just reckon you could try incorporating all the adjustments a little bit better, rather than slapping it on and calling it day. For example play with the blending options in a piece. Use levels and vibrancy. Not a bad avi, just needs some refining.
Aix
So would it still be too busy if I darkened the sides/background to give more attention to the guy? And I'm not sure what Vibrancy is... still rather new to Photoshop...
Tormented
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/vibrancy The darkening might help but trial and error. Trial and error.
